The only issue I didn’t like is the room I was staying in the door was a little small and had to much air flow coming thru from outside. But overall the cleanliness and size of the room was perfect!

The location was perfect. Not to far from stores or the even I was attending.

Every linen had some sort of stain on it. Black spots on the towels and sheets, and red stain on one of the pillowcases. Tons of cobwebs on ceilings. Toilet was loose, made me nervous. Room had a smell like the previous stay had smoked in it.

Mattress was comfortable, A/C worked great, floor was clean.

Nothing that stands out, you get what you pay for. All in all, cheap and cheerful.

Breakfast was very good for a modest place. Beds were comfy. Our Stay was quiet.

The first room had a bad musty odor, we had to be moved to a different room. The second room was way better. There was no foul odor, but it was not cleaned well. The mirrors must have been cleaned with a dirty rag. Only half of the mirrors here wiped down, but there were bad dirty streaks where they were wiped. The floor outside the bathroom was covered with something sticky, we had to use some of our guest towels to wipe up the floor. The bathroom was missing the hair dryer too. I would have to say that the cleaning staff may need better training, but there should be inspections after a room has been declared clean and ready for the next guest(s).

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The same can be said for the breakfast bar attendant.

There isn't an continental breakfast. Don't advertise as to having one. Very cheap muffin offering and the coffee could be much better. Bathroom tub was very slick. Could use some rubber stripping of some sort. Carpet was a little sticky and the room was somewhat musty.

The room was comfortable, property was quiet. The king sized bed was relaxing.

Cleanliness about what you’d expect for budget. Construction was underway which wasn’t stated anywhere and they start jackhammering at 9am. Breakfast was coffee and prepackaged mini muffins.

There was a terrible smell into the room. It looked like someone had smoked inside. Terrible breathing experience. Also, the ad said continental breakfast was included, but, was really unsatisfactory to see the coffee with a little packet of bread instead.

- The room was smelling mold. - Furniture had holes on it and weird dark stains. - Bed sheets and pillow covers had blood stains, the blanket had holes on it. - The carpet floor had several burn areas (possibly cigarette burns) btw room is supposed to be smoke free. I actually bought some bed sheets at Costco so I could sleep the night. When I spoke to staff about modifying the reservation from 3 days to a single one (they have a 1 night cancelation policy) few things happened: - Booking said they need to contact the property to shorten the stay, but the property never answered the phone or email for the past 2 days. - Staff member has very specific orders to never call or contact the manager after 6 pm. - Manager only works between 1 and 3 pm and doesn't read emails ( I wish my job was like that). Don't wait for the manager or else they will charge you another stay. - Property charge the full stay at check-in, not check-out, so any modification means reimbursement. - Property cannot modify or cancel stay because it was made via booking. - Booking.com cannot modify or cancel the stay without contacting the elusive manager. Calling Windham booking (parent company of Super 8) and escalating the issue a few times, drove me to their care team and they were the only ones able to take ownership of the issue and provide me with some hope I ever get my money back for the last 2 days after my check-out. I still don't have my money back after my check out and I am still waiting for Booking.com to be able to reach the property management and shorten my stay to a single day. Apologize for not posting any photos, as it will make my review 18+ view rating.

On Monday 1 the room next was Extremely loud and the staff said they talked to them and the people still put the music loud to the point I had to leave because I had to get up to leave early to drive back to Wisconsin so basically I drove back with no sleep .
