I did not get to check in due to the night shift worker Tammy .She called her supervisor Alex after I told her I had a service dog an she asked for documentation and i provided documentation She then proceeded to say that because my dog was over the weight limit, I could not check in. I have contacting who I needed in this discrimination matter.

When I arrived at the super 8 hotel i had to wait in the lobby and outside because I was told that the booking.com credit card was declining and I needed to contact them and I had to wait. After going back and forth and waiting I finally was booked in and giving a key when I entered the room i started to unpack and put away food. I noticed that the mini fridge was not working I went and told front desk the manger stated ok. I went upstairs and started Lysol everything as I do any hotel I don't sleep under hotel covers i sleep on top of the covers my daughter and I went to sleep. The following morning my daughter stated she think she was bitten by ants because of bite marks on her I went down stairs asked could they spray or have they sprayed for ants the manger stated they have and it should be no bugs. I said ok and I will keep an eye out and again reminded him of the broken fridge and my now spoiled food he said ok he will tell his maintained again. I was in the shower that night and my daughter ran in screaming stating she was bitten by a brown bug and she smashed it and moved the cover there were a lo more of them when i ran out of the shower and pulled the covers back. I was mortified and started throwing up i immediately started packing all of my belongings and took them outside once I got a1l of my belongings out I went to the front and told the night manager that there was bed bugs in the room and I was checking out and the room key was inside. The night manager did not seemed shocked at all and said ok he will check me out then he stated the manger or owner wanted to talk to me and i did let him know I'm already waiting outside in the back waiting on a uber to take me to a laundry mat. When the manger walked up on me he acted as if he had no idea of how to ask me what was the problem I told him I was leaving because of the bed bugs he stated to me there was no bed bugs and i must have brought them and started trying to produce an argument.

My refrigerator door couldn't close all the way and the coffee machine kind of leaked. These are honestly pretty low on my complaining list. I had a great stay.

I've stayed at this location several times but on this particular time I made a mistake and booked the wrong room and much to my surprise the hotel gave me a call to verify if I had in fact booked the wrong room. I was astounded by this, this is day of check-in and they switched my room (which didn't cost anything) and insured my stay was that much better. The cleaning lady came by every day to make sure I had coffee, soap, shampoo, fresh towels and a freshly made bed and took out the trash of course. Every single day!! Parking was not bad and it is two blocks away from interstate 30 in 5 minutes away from Luke 12 which was crucial for me. I couldn't even tell you if any of the other rooms were booked because it was so quiet! The staff may check in and out super fast and easy, I would highly recommend this hotel again.

staff not friendly..we kept asking for clean towels they would give us one big towel 2 face towels ..i had a necklace and earring set stolen.it was reported but nothing done..THE HOT WATER DIDNT WORK THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE HORRIBLE….all around HORRIBLE ..our last night a couple was fighting in the hall way cops were never called we didn’t get any sleep couldn’t wait for daylight to come so we could leave
