We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe breakfast was lacking. The property was old and not updated. Lots of extension cords in the room for power. Plug in bathroom didn’t work. Vanity was pretty much just a sink with no room to put things.

United StatesThe rooms could definitely use some love. The towels were clean but very old and one had a hole in it. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom looked like it had gone through some water damage and could fall any day and the air conditioner was broken.
The staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly, from the manager to the people who cleaned the rooms. The room was very clean and that is the main thing I want during my stay. If you are not high maintenance I would definitely recommend this hotel

United StatesAlthough they had waffles and cereal, the breakfast was not that good. And only black tea. Wi-fi is on the weak side, so my Tablet response was very slow. They did not provide lotion or hair conditioner. One of the lights did not work.
Beds were comfortable. The price is competitive. The location is good.

United StatesThere were a lot of broken things. The window didn't lock, The door was missing a lock. Several lights didn't work nor did the radio. The rug was vacuumed fine but it was super nasty and left black grease all over my feet or socks. Location was fine for me but others may want to know it is next to a major highway and there were a lot of truckers in the area.
The staff was nice and the breakfast was okay. Beds were clean and so were the towels and the bathroom. The room itself was tidy and had clean cups and refrigerator.

United StatesP I didn't like the fact that there is no breakfast not a hot breakfast like making your own affles and that's what I like I like the motels that have a breakfast but they allowed covid to take that away and they do cheaper versions of. or none at all.
I had to say the price during the week is one of the best values you can get Friday through Sunday prices go up but that's everywhere the people were very friendly to the most part. The rooms are really a good value for what you pay kind of like a small kitchenett....

United StatesThe description on the booking site was inaccurate. It specifically stated that each room was equipped with a bidet and it also stayed am American breakfast would be provided (opposed to the grab and go breakfast stated in the description for the same hotel at the different location). I chose this hotel over two other options for these reasons and both were untrue. Our "breakfast" consisted of a square of Hostess coffee cake, 3 powdered donuts, a quaker chewy granola bar, a tub of diced peaches, a box fruit punch, and a bottle of water...no utensil for the peaches! Over 40 grams of added sugar to start the day! While an 8 year old may be in heaven with this breakfast, I planned on a bowl of oatmeal or some eggs from a typical continental breakfast selection. I tried to upload the photo I took of our breakfast, but the page kept timing out.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough. I may have even still stayed here but the inaccurate description (see dislikes) was poor communication that brought my opinion down several notches. Just be honest!

United StatesThe parking lot needed to be plowed of the snow and ice. Our kingsize room was smaller than other places. There was a bedside lamp that didn't work (we even tried a different light bulb, but didn't work) Bathroom was very small. I asked for additional regular coffee (we had one in the room) and the maid told me they had no more regular coffee.
The staff was very helpful when I requested extra towels and cups (there were only one styrofoam cup and one drinking cup when we checked in.

United StatesCable TV was DISH network's cheapest plan and halve of the 20+/- channels were unwatchable due to static. No major networks, the channel labeled CBS was actually ME (30-50 year old CBS reruns, Andy of Mayberry, Mash, Green Acres, etc., etc.). Considering that they are in the Denver metro broadcast area they'd have a lot more/better channel selection if they just stuck a digital antenna in the attic. Oh, and then there was the party next door lasting until 2AM...
