Mold and mildew smell was so bad it followed us home on everything. No smoke detector or sprinkler system. Air conditioner didn't take any moisture out if the air things felt damp.

Rooms seemed a bit musty. Bathtub was badly cracked and had marks from previous use. Bottom of shower curtain was discolored after much use. I wasn't sure I could trust the bedding, so I removed the top cover (it smelled bad) then checked for bed bugs, and it looked clean. The blanket was a bit used but the sheets were clean.

Friendly and helpful staff. It was very quiet, so had a good sleep.

It would have been nice to know about the additional pet charges ahead of time for budgeting purposes. It was a little loud late into the night on Friday, screaming kids running around.

A/C worked great! The room was clean enough, decent water pressure and enough hot water for a shower. Pet friendly. Over all it was a decent enough stay for the price.

Air is stale and musty and never airs out. I turned on the bath fan, cranked the heat, and cracked the window. This helped some. The room apparently sits closed most of the time and it smells like it.

I booked the room online; continental breakfast was advertised. When I checked in and asked what time breakfast started I was then informed they currently weren’t doing breakfast. This was really disappointing as that is a huge factor for me in choosing a hotel to stay at. The shower drain was very slow and there was hair in the tub.

The room was extremely dark. Husband is visually impaired and that caused him problems. Parking lot was broken concrete which also caused him problems.

Room not cleaned, tv worked some times. Sauna tub HORRIBLE!!!!! It was very nasty and loud rumbling. Noises from the hallway ice machine. In my opinion, to be a part of WYNDHAM properties, It was nowhere near, what I expected.

This was the worse hotel I have ever been in. The refrigerator had mold all in it. The smell was horrible. The bed had stains all over it. The bathtub/ shower had no curtain. There was no smoke detector in the room wires were showing where it was suppose to be. The ceiling in the bathroom had a previous leak and was all brown and about to fall through.

Floor of tub had cracks wide enough for water to drain through and needed to avoid stepping on. Coffee pot not clean, had old coffee bag in top and pot had mold. Room smelled musty.

The room was listed as non-smoking and it was actually a smoking room that the owner just turned into non-smoking without painting or removing the smoke smell from the room. The windows were caked with door from smoke and there were brim marks throughout the carpet. This was a smoking room. I was lied too

Room had mold in refrigerator, mold on air conditioner, human hair all over the bed, looked under covers more human hair spots in the bed, spots on side of bed. Room was unsanitary even though I reserved it 2 months prior. Desk clerk told me he would refund the money, which he only refunded for the next day. Since I was there for an hour (waiting for room to supposedly get cleaned) I was charged for the day even though I did not use the room at all. I asked for another room, to wich he said he did not have. The parking lot was pretty much empty BTW. So I spent hours looking for a suitable room 30 minutes away, which cost me more money and time. I will NEVER deal with super 8 or booking.com again.
