We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesRooms seemed a bit musty. Bathtub was badly cracked and had marks from previous use. Bottom of shower curtain was discolored after much use. I wasn't sure I could trust the bedding, so I removed the top cover (it smelled bad) then checked for bed bugs, and it looked clean. The blanket was a bit used but the sheets were clean.
Friendly and helpful staff. It was very quiet, so had a good sleep.

A/C worked great! The room was clean enough, decent water pressure and enough hot water for a shower. Pet friendly. Over all it was a decent enough stay for the price.

This was really disappointing as that is a huge factor for me in choosing a hotel to stay at. The shower drain was very slow and there was hair in the tub.

The windows were caked with door from smoke and there were brim marks throughout the carpet. This was a smoking room. I was lied too

United StatesRoom had mold in refrigerator, mold on air conditioner, human hair all over the bed, looked under covers more human hair spots in the bed, spots on side of bed. Room was unsanitary even though I reserved it 2 months prior. Desk clerk told me he would refund the money, which he only refunded for the next day. Since I was there for an hour (waiting for room to supposedly get cleaned) I was charged for the day even though I did not use the room at all. I asked for another room, to wich he said he did not have. The parking lot was pretty much empty BTW. So I spent hours looking for a suitable room 30 minutes away, which cost me more money and time. I will NEVER deal with super 8 or booking.com again.
