The room had inadequate lighting. There was no light at the desk in the room.

All the linens were thin, old, over used. Breakfast was advertised 6-9am on Sunday. Husband was with other costumers when they used front desk phone to call for milk and yogurt cooler frig to be unlocked at 8:15am.

Good price, generally have good luck at Super 8. It is clear the staff are trying.

The old adage "You get what you pay for." If you want to be pampered at an economy hotel, do NOT stay here. The rooms were dated and barely functional. I had to troubleshoot to make things functional. Only the top outlet worked,.The bottom outlet did not work on ALL the outlets.. My main concern would be safety?. The heater worked but not the air conditioner. It wasn't even a good fan.. Thank God it was fall, I would have died it was summer. Thank God the window opened. I was surprised it received a rating as high as it did. I am driving cross country and stayed at other Super 8 Hotels which were more of what I expected.

It was a tad messy due to construction, but that's to be expected.

Room didn't appear to be cleaned decently from previous people's stay. Drinks were still in fridge /freezer and was some sort of pill laying on carpet. Started hot tub and dirt came out of jets so had to drain and start over. Wallpaper peeling in spots. Bed was extremely firm. Had juice machines in lobby so had thoughts of a continental breakfast but unfortunately there was just yogurt and 1/4 jug of milk in a fridge.

Location was good and convenient for our stay. Was a decent value.

more upgrades should be done height of toilets to 17 inch new locks on bathroom doors in rooms (ours didn't work) new carpeting in rooms and halls

only marked as one way in parking lot but entrance to narrow for two cars found it blocked four times in our two day stay for longer then a few minutes

There is no elevator in the building. The room I was given was not even clean. Had to go back and switched to a different room. We had four guests and only two towels were provided. There weren't much for breakfast. Swimming pool was basically for kids. Shower was making loud noise during shower.

Location was easy to find and close to restaurant and market.

There was piled boxes and junk on counter behind the sign out/in counter. it gave a bad impression when you come in. Check in took a long time, computer wasn’t working properly. Carpeting needs replacement, and breakfast was very basic, cold cereal, and a couple of other items.

The breakfast was no good all the had was cereal, honeybuns, granola bars, or orange, milk, coffee with barely any sugar or cream no lids for the coffee. And front desk was no always there. They don’t have any irons. The jacuzzi was broken and they did not say anything about it. We were trying to turn it on just for us to find out it wasn’t working. 

It was in a nice area it was quiet with a lot of stores around them. and it was clean.

Our initial impression was that the hotel check in counter seemed grimy & generally messy in the waiting area. The tv screen showed these strange light dots on the screen when the tv was on.

Property has a distinct odor, not bad, but very distinct as you walk in. In the end , a decent place to sleep with very hot showers. Little pricey, but would stay again.

That the pool and whirlpool didn’t have water in them. The bed was a little hard and the room wasn’t the cleanest.

Rooms seemed a bit cramped for what was in there. Our last night, the a/c quit working. We informed them the next morning of the issue. Hopefully they will address it. Some things could be updated.

Owners were very nice. Our room was clean and comforatable.
