Being a " gold " member through Priceline ( which I booked through ) There are certain guest perks mentioned . These " perks " have never really been offered or honored. I also did not like the fact that I had to pay a 200 cash deposit , in order to obtain the room. Even after the fact that I have numerous previous stays. I would like to note though that the deposit was always given back, without question upon checkout.

Pleasant, accommodating staff. Eager to lend a helping hand , yet enforce and abide the hotel rules and regulations ( which keep everything flowing correctly within the hotel at a daily pace.)

Shower didn’t work. Handle did not function to let proper amount of water to flow. Breakfast was meager. Went to restaurant for meal.

The rooms was grate I love the breakfast was amazing the pool was freezing buse it broke Staff was nice.They gave us extra towels when we needed it.I would definitely recommend it again

The cleanliness of my room could have been better. There was hair in the shower that I know wasn't mine. I also found a bug on my shower curtain.

Breakfast was open on time, which was nice because I'm an early riser. There was also fresh coffee at all times! The staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to get me the extra items I needed.

The first morning of my three night stay the coffee was out. The breakfast offerings are pretty cheap and lame for the price paid. There seems to be people hanging around the entry and I don't know if they are patrons staying or locals hanging around.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past four years when working State Championships at the Sundome. The room was as expected... clean and comfortable, and if I return to Yakima/Union Gap next year, I will stay again.

No complaints because it was one of the cheapest choices.

Clean budget motel right by the freeway exit. It was nice and convenient to eat breakfast including freshly cooked waffles, boiled eggs, bananas, cereal, toast, yogurt and drinks. This motel is nothing fancy and old but good basic for simple stay.

My no smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. The desk staff did offer to move me, but I had already unpacked and didn’t want to go through the hassle. They did give me an air freshener spray. I did have to wash out the filters in the A/C unit and that helped as well.

It was a basic property. No real bells or whistles. The room was clean and they let me check in early without any extra fees.

May have been timing but there was cops outside. People outside with their car doors open and smoking and just hanging out. The hallways were very dirty. Kids kept constantly running in the halls when it was time to sleep. Sounded like they were doing laps. People were still hanging outside. Someone was bumping their music. Couldn't get comfortable in the beds. Some of the plug outlets didn't hold my cords for charging my phone the breakfast area has really sticky floors. My shoes were sticking and making noise for the rest of the day. Place was o.k. I've been to worse, so I can't say it's the worst. The place needs a lot of improvement. Staff was also ok. No how was your travels or how was your day or what brings your here. You know customer service...

Wifi didn't work. Hotub wasn't working. The reason I chose this place to stay the weekend. Shower head was horrible. Only 2 towels for a weekend. Something all over the floor that was rough on the feet.

Exterior are extremely outdated the floors were covered in dirt leading up the stairs no elevator only stairs to my room on the 3rd floor and patrons were just sitting on different areas off the hall way floors. interior of room is extremely dated and smelled musty carpet needs to be replaced and walls would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. I’d honestly say the entire hotel is 10-20 past due for a renovation

The beds were extremely comfortable bedding was clean and came with microwave refrigerator and so on. The bathroom was clean and everything looks clean but it’s definitely not an embassy suites or a Hilton just your avg budget hotel

There was a smell in the room. But we either got use to it or something. But everytime we left & came back smell was there. Bathroom floor either stained or dirty. Had back injury so didn't want to take a chance & get a room on another floor.

We did not stay at the super 8. Due to the fact that when we arrived, we were immediately created by a young lady with a smile even though they had not so great news.the staff instructed us when we got there at about midnight that the water heater had gone out. if we wanted to cancel our reservation, we were able to with no charge. We would have stayed. However, we had a wedding to tend to the next day, so we definitely needed to have a nice warm shower. we have stayed at the super 8 many times when we have gone into Washington and have always enjoyed it even during COVID. they were very welcoming, made sure that the kids had their breakfast in the morning, and given us extra blankets. We will definitely be staying again.

The staff smoking spot right at the front of the hotel wasn’t the best first impression. Although the rooms were updated very cutely the rest of the hotel was a little dated and old feeling. It looked like they were upgrading though and for the price it was great!

The rooms and pool looked updated. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean. Staff was amazing!! So nice and considerate.

There was maintenance problems- boiler was broken, so no hot water for all the days we were there. Exterior Doors readers did not work and there was a definite funk -smell in the room like a locker room.

Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and it was quiet. The breakfast and coffee was good. The pool was clean and working great!

Asked to check in 10- 11am as we had graduation to attend 11am ... They would not could not give me room til 2pm. Upsetting as i had to change from travel to go to grandsons graduation....
