Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesCleanliness could have been better. There were some hairs in my bathroom.. Holes in one of my bedsheets.. lightbulbs were different colors.. not enough coffee for a 2 day stay (they gave me 2 decaf and 1 regular, would have preferred 2 regular), night club next door so it was hard to sleep my second night. Shower temperature seemed kind of wonky and the handle wasn't straightforward so had a hard time figuring out how to get hot water.
Although I didn't drive, seems like ample parking. Staff was friendly. Was traveling alone as a woman so she made sure my room was next to the office. You get what you pay for and I was in the area to visit a local business within walking distance. Tried not to get to my room too late at night by myself.. If you just need somewhere to sleep and a shower this is it.

It was okay for a night to crash. That's what we used it for. It's a simple motel, The beds looked clean but I brought my pillow and blanket and slept on top of the motel beds. Friendly front office personnel.

United Statesthe gentleman working when asked if someone can collect our trash I left and already bagged told me to go find a maid and let them know … also asked for towels he stated “ what do you want from me go look outside for a maid “ then hung up on me . all other staff were professional but I wouldn’t come back because of him . Also breakfast was not breakfast at all they say 7-11am but it’s 8:30 am -11am and only one pot of coffee and twinkies for breakfast along with slim bar
