Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesPlace was filled with paper signs telling you everything you should not do at the place. Seems like a transit motel with questionable cliental. Could not wake up desk clerk kept calling phone number and person kept hanging up on me. Could not leave until I returned key had to wait 10 mins at 9:30 in the morning to return key and get 40.00 back.

I like that it was easy to get to Atlantic City casinos & beach. Stores, is right across the street such as nail salon, dollar tree, & five guys. Bus stops right in front of the hotel.

Absolutely nothing proprietor was very rude, had to beg for 3 days to get a roll of toilet paper. Then kept asking for clean towels after 2 days and he said we had to wait for housekeeping, in which they never arrived. Worst place I have ever been rug's were never vacuumed and the sheets were filthy and full of crumbs. I'm contacting the Better business bureau first thing Monday morning. I want my money back. And I will not be using the 18dollor credit you have been trying to give me because I don't think I'll be using your services anymore and neither will my friends or family
