CONS: - Outside noise - Unhelpful reservation desk / staff - Early check in process was extremely frustrating. After flying in on the red-eye for work and writing the hotel a week ahead of time requesting an early check in directly on my Booking reservation and then again through Booking's email "Contact Hotel" Message system, I wrongly assumed that someone in reservations would make arrangements or at minimum leave a note for check in staff. I never heard back. Arriving at the hotel and letting them know I had requested early check in, they smugly reminded me that check in wasn't until 4:00pm but if a room became available I could pay $50 to check in before 4:00pm. PERSONAL MUSINGS: The front desk of a hotel should be friendly and not feel like you are checking in at the DMV. It's not good when the first employee you deal with is smug, unhelpful, has no empathy or willingness to help and you are exhausted. Employees can make or break a hotel and this experience will make me rethink before staying here with our employees again for this yearly conference.

They take a $25 concession fee regardless if you use facilities or not. Very dirty around the hotel.

Phone was not working- but when I called I was told that my friend did not answer- it was not ringing - internet working- access on one phone only . It’s would have been nice to Tell a goes once you check Our you lost $25 that could have been used moment before checking out - that front staff can See it’s has not been used . It’s just not fair to fair to be charged that fee anyways .

The view from my windows was not exactly what they promised . I expected a way better view . The staff members were not very friendly When I asked to change room one of the staff members was giving me an actitud . Tall black kid with dreadlocks seem annoyed when I start asking questions about my room . They need better front desk ppl Im never staying at this hotel again .

The extra fees/taxes (3). Need more Wow so that there is not that just another hotel feeling.

We were satisfied with the hotel and the location despite all the fact that there were too many taxes, and the valet is also quite costly since we were paying guests. Nonetheless, it is definitely a hotel I would recommend.

This is a great location, went for an event at The Arena and was able to take the free trolley. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Chris checked in and was great. The 211 bar and restaurant in the lobby had great wings and drinks.

It was not clean, I had to wash the crystal glasses on the sink and still end up buying some plastics. The bathroom could be more clean. And the $25 credit that you have to use on the hotel restaurant or Starbucks

Frankly the breakfast buffet was disappointing you charge $20 for cereal bread and basic breakfast but if you want to eat from the whole buffet you have to pay $30 or $40 . Was disappointing. I stay at the Hyatt very often and they have free breakfast !!! Can’t beat it.
