We tried every restaurant and had issues at most. Menus incorrect, food cold and raw in one case. Food services really needs a shake up Not a good experience dinning breakfast lunch or dinner. Sent back food 3 times in 4 days

Our massages were good though not exceptional. For the price, I expected a level up. The robes at the Casita were very worn.

We received an upgrade from a double bed Casita to a large villa which was great. The location is great.

The housekeeping was lacking. Sometimes we were left towels and toiletries. Other times we were left with nothing or they would remove any extras we had. We had to call for toiletries once because they left 1 towel for 3 people and no toiletries. The next day housekeeping took our extra toiletries and left no toilet tissue. Very inconsistent. No vacuuming at all and the patio was dirty upon arrival and never cleaned. And I am being billed for things I shouldn't and communicating with them about it is proving difficult. 5 Stars? hm

All of the dining experiences were wonderful. Every item was delicious and prepared perfectly. I requested a Mountain View and I did receive it. The bell staff was amazing. The Villa was incredible.

The food on offer at the various restaurants was great! The staff moving us around on buggies were super friendly and helpful. Location was beautiful, very peaceful!

The only thing we didn’t like was the conference people that were there were loud all day in the pool and kind of obnoxious. They even woke us up at midnight and again at 3am just being drunk and loud.

We loved the grounds and our room, especially our view! We even blew off dinner reservations and ordered room service because we liked our room and our porch so much, we wanted to take full advantage of the relaxing vibe of it! Ask for casita 224, it’s perfect!

The drivers were fantastic. Housekeeping and room service calls not returned. Basically it lacked hospitality.

Staff was responsive, friendly and all in all great. Would have been nice to have wood in the fireplace...my only, very small negative. Hope to return and play the golf course.

our room #217 has a Bad odor in it. also Something Happens the patio door or patio adjust itself every like 10-15 minutes and it can be scary the first night I thought someone’s trying to break in. uncomfortable feeling and at some point when trying to fall asleep annoying;( no privacy I requested a private room and got one in the middle of it all ;(

They did not have enough staff in food and beverage for the amount of guests they had. W went off property for breakfast and dinners. they still charged premium prices for a less than premium experience. golf course (south) over rated. charged $300 per round in the morning. Greens were very average. premium price, with average conditions.

it was quiet, not in a busy area. nice walking trails.
