Paid just shy of $200 simply because of location during off season! there were quite a few things that were updated but things that were completely skipped over TVs are tiny the pull-out couch I swear is broken or just extremely generic it was very painful but of course that's where we wanted to sleep because we wanted to listen to The Waves all night and wake up to the sunrise there's a fancy mirror in the bathroom but the cabinets in the little kitchenette area are ancient and we're kind of gross the tub was not very nice either the toilet seat was so old it had the paint worn off of the top where the lid closes on the balcony you can see a part of the building is cracking away I took pictures but people were partying all night not just being noisy with the TV and talking but literally running around and music so loud bass going I think I finally called the office at about 3:00 a.m. to complain and for how many rooms there are there's definitely not enough parking they definitely did not do a very good job cleaning the place

I love that it was on the beach and we had an ocean view with the balcony so we can open the door to listen to the waves

The pool was closed and there was no schedule of the pool being closed on the website or booking.com. I searched and booked based on an indoor pool !

The hallway was noisy. If there was a way to absorb the sound waves from the foot traffic it would have been perfect.

The staff was amazing! The locations was good. The view was excellent!!!! I saw a pod of dolphins from the balcony of my room.

The blankets and towels were thin and there weren't enough of them. The balcony had a big rust stain. The staff wasn't at the desk when we arrived (though we'd told them we needed a very late check-in). Magical fees raised the cost from the advertised $48/night to $90/night (almost double). The living room looked out on the water, while the bedroom had a window into the public hallway (?!).

The view from our 9th-floor suite was simply extraordinary. Sand and surf and ocean as far as the eye could see. We left the sliding door to the balcony open whenever we were in the room, despite the chilly air, because we loved hearing the crash and pulse of the surf.

I didn't like the fact that the upper parking garage was closed for parking and I didn't like that the indoor pool was closed for the season..i thought the whole point of indoor was to stay open for the season that's the main reason i paid the 100 plus to stay...other places where 69 a night for the same amenities...

Parking, the walls and cabinets were dirty, and some were boarded up. The faucet knobs turned both front and back. So it never actually turned off. There were centipedes in the bathroom. We went and brought our own bleach cleaner to reclean room. The walls and doors were scuffed up really bad top to bottom.

They advertise an inside pool but fail to tell you the pool is closed. We had some pretty disappointed kids when they got there and found it closed. The inside pool was one of the factors we looked at when choosing a property
