Valet and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our breakfast at the Hearth Restaurant in the hotel was very tasty. Hotel is walking distance to all kinds of pubs and restaurants in the downtown area

A HUGE thank you to the Heathman reception for exceeding our expectations! We were upgraded to a fantastic room and location to celebrate a much needed getaway for our anniversary. Kirkland is a perfect destination when we need to recharge from our busy lives and our favorite hotel is the Heathman. It’s an easy walk to just about everything; super clean and safe location with many restaurants and shops within a short walk. Hope to make it back next year. Thanks again for everything!! I wasn’t informed about valet parking cost, however that fee was removed. This was the first time staying at the Heathman, we would stay again if able to find a reasonable rate online. Given the added valet fee, we would consider other options. In general, excellent accommodations and amenities.

Dinner was quite good. Had the braised beef, thank the chef. Made a horrid day much better for my mom and I.

Lovely room, but there were no robes which I expected at nicer hotels. Our room was not very quiet, you could clearly hear the pedestrian beeping from the crosswalk. Also it took over 20 minutes to warm up for hot water .

Long wait for the the staff to pick up the phone at times. Especially the restaurant that is part of the Hotel. Short staff maybe ?

This hotel is very clean,great staff and they upgraded us to the same wedding suit that we stayed for our wedding. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. when we had to wait long time the room service, the front desk lady took our order and handled it. we had our puppy and they gave us a dog bed and bowl and that was very nice.

I requested robes for our room and was told that they were standard for each room. However when I arrived, there were none. The bed was hard and UNCOMFORTABLE. Husband and I found it difficult to sleep and we both left with back pain. Some aspects of the room were showing wear—the slider on the lamp on my husbands side of the room was broken. The evening staff at registration could have been friendlier. There was no plastic bag for clothes in the room. When requested, we received a giant black trashcan liner that honestly would have fit two adults. Additional fees at check in increased price by nearly $100 more than price shown on my reservation confirmation.

The Heathman is a casually elegant, aesthetically pleasing property in the heart of downtown Kirkland. The rooms are modern and well appointed.
