I really loved this hotel. The location was ideal -- right in the center of midtown but tucked away on a quiet street. The decor was beautiful, the rooms spacious, the bathroom gorgeous with everything we needed. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had everything we needed, and though it was busy, the staff was efficient and we never needed to wait very long. The beds were also extremely comfortable! I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

There was a breakfast buffet with only a few options. you don't get a healthy breakfast here. it's a pity for the hotel high price with so little choice at breakfast. I would have liked an omelette and fresh orange juice.

Central station is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel which was handy for all subways and trains. Times square is only a few minutes away which is good for resting and otherwise many subway stations are only a few minutes away. Hotel location is top

Pre-made breakfast sandwiches and granola yogurts are not suitable for customers like me with gluten allergies, it truly minimized what I could eat /enjoy.

The added fees were ridiculous- no need for a “resort “ fee- not a resort by a long shot. The convertible couch was REALLY uncomfortable and the next door room was really loud- they need sound proofing. We booked a suite and it was definitely not worth the price.

Room service finishes at 9.30, it's a bit early for us. Choice of alcohol in the bar is very poor. Lots of whisky or rum, but no choice on beer that's not typically American (it's a hotel for tourists so something international would be nice) and not enough different spirits. We never had a drink at the hotel because we couldn't fine anything we liked.

Staff! We've never experienced staff being that helpful and friendly. Absolutely fantastic. Comfortable beds. Location, best possible!

The hotel has an eccellent position, just a few minutes from everything in Mahattan. The staff in the hotel is really professional and we felt really loved like at home. The room was really big and confortable and despite the central position it was really quiet and sinlent during the night

There was no real food option in the evening.

The only down point for us was that the room was a bit noisy in the morning. You could hear the elevator and a loud noise of the pipes when the guests in the room next to ours where showering.
