The lobby is a little dated and plain, and there aren’t enough elevators.

I wouldn’t call this a fancy hotel, but I got super lucky with a very affordable rate on a junior suite. Mind you, I spent less than 9 hours in the hotel between a late dinner and an early morning meeting. But the cost to value was exceptional. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful.

The room in reality was not as nice as in in the pictures. It was old, cold, not very clean. The windows were dirty so it was not pleasent to look at the city through them. It took them over a week to return us our deposit.

It could use room service with at least light snack options or breakfast room delivery options, updated softer extra blankets, a/c filters checked/ changed properly , you could provide a complementary water for coffee or advised to bring own instead of just having a 8.00 bottle water, and could use an upgraded smart tv with roku or app availability.

Nothing really.

It is very nice, and appears somewhat recently renovated, yet starting to look dated.( rust on outside of dishwasher, some wallpaper peeling, cloth seating-couch and chairs- in room seemed dingy/worn. The workout room is great! It is very nice to have the large lounge upstairs to relax in out of your room if you need a space to do that. The breakfast is very nice and the hosts are great, but it seems a little overpriced…

Sofa bed a little uncomfortable, additional hidden costs (I.e for the water provided in the room) and large (500 dollar) deposit seemed unnecessary.

There was hair stuck to the bathroom wall as we moved in. Otherwise clean, but this was gross.

Like the other reviews here - two elevators for a hotel of over 26 floors is impossible. In the morning and evening you have to wait 10-15 minutes for the elevator. Almost always one elevator does not work. The room is not isolated from noise (it is not clear why in New York ambulances have to activate a siren in the middle of the night...) and the rooms are a bit outdated.

Excellent location - two minutes walk from Times Square, one minute walk from the subway station. Large rooms compared to hotels in New York. There is a small kitchenette in the room (fridge, microwave, sink, dishes).All the staff members are very kind, nice and ready to help.

The lifts were not working properly during our whole stay. One more morning we couldnt get to the 26th floor for our paid breakfast. Every day we has to take the stairs to get to our room. Not good enough for a hotel that large
