Joe at the front desk did a great job checking us in. The valet guys made sure our car was available very early for our early flight.

Trash was not emptied out daily. Room service was not available at night. Only one elevator was working and there was a long wait for the elevator.

Friendly Staff, location was great walking distance from Pike place market and many restaurants. Very clean, food at restaurant was great beautiful bar with a view.

I know all of the Seattle hotels do it, but jacking up the prices so much during Blue Jays weekend isn’t great. A very minor thing was having to ask for more robes and towels. There weren’t enough for a 4 person room.

The room was nice and clean. The restaurant was fabulous. We ate breakfast there both days. Check-in and checkout was fast and easy. Loved the champagne and cookie at Check-in. Nice touch.

Only one elevator was working. One day our room was not made up. Room was a bit small, would have liked a comfortable chair.

When I made the reservations, somehow the booking site put my guest as the individual reserving the room, so we had to go through several more steps when we arrived before being able to go up to our room.

Our room was in a location that was quiet - some hotel rooms always seem to have noisy hallways or adjoining rooms, this was nice and it stayed quiet even with the room attendants taking care of their responsibilities.

The rug in the room that was under both queen beds would not lay flat. We kept tripping over it the entire time we had the room. Was super frustrating.. and would have been dangerous if we were older.

It’s a practically insignificant, small thing but it was annoying given the cost of the room. When we arrived they asked if we wanted to upgrade out room to a prime view and we agreed. The price on our checkout was $5 a night more than quoted. It was a small amount given the cost of the room but it’s the principle and now I have to follow up on what otherwise was a perfect stay.

Our room had a king-size bed and therefore was meant for 2 people. However, there was space only for 1 suitcase and a small closet. One bathrobe. Another thing that needs improvement is the lighting. The room was full of little lamps that were difficult to turn on and provided only limited lighting. The only ceiling light was at the entrance, not in the room.

The location is excellent (very near the Pike market) and the view from our room was breathtaking! The decor in the lobby and the restaurant is very modern and fashionable. The staff was really helpful and very nice.

Room and bathroom too dark. Couldn’t see to put makeup on and no makeup mirror. Lounge on roof was really loud late at night, but possibly that was just one night. Didn’t like that we stayed there but could not get seated in restaurant to eat but a lot of outside people were in there.

The location was a real plus! Room was large. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The only complaint I have is that our room was not ready when we arrived and we were told by the front desk that they would waive the destination fee for us. When I looked through the bill after arriving home, we were still charged the full destination fee regardless. I was not asking to have it waived but it is frustrating to be told that and then see it on the bill.

Loved the location and the helpful staff, the view was amazing and the rooms and rooftop bar were great!

There is a lot of noise ever day at 5am since the trash truck (garbage truck) is working to empty the trash containers of the area
