The price has gone way up since our last stay two months prior. There was no reason to hike rates astronomically as there was nothing going on (I.e., major event that would bring in so many people and drive up prices). The location and angle of the television is horrible; that is a major 'negative'

A little out of date worn down couch and carpet needs updating but for price is ok would stay again and bring ur own pillows these are not good at all bed is comfy though.

The location was amazing, and the facility was spotless! Upon walking in the door, it smelled like a dream, and we were greeted with a big smile from front desk staff. The young lady who provided breakfast takes great pride in her job and was kind and accommodating to all.💕

Missed breakfast by 10 minutes second day - first day it was great! Overall it was a great stay near the hospital where my father had his knee replacement. Will stay here again for the other knee!

The room was not cleaned everyday. My reservation was for a King bed and I received a queen bed but we were satisfied with it.

Me and My Sister enjoyed the breakfast, The reservationest/ Front desk and room amenities. TownePlace give you the feeling of home. Customer Service and Kitchen staff was very kind and respectful. Sorry I didn't take any photos,

Beds weren’t as big/as wide as Booking.com described them, narrow for a couple. Mattress could have been more comfortable. Shower head not properly installed, leaked water where it connects to the actual shower head. Refrigerator didn’t have an ice maker, closet doors are very stiff, did not close properly, door frame for door to hotel room looks like someone had kicked it in at some point and they just painted over the busted wood frame, many doors in our suite would not fully open due to poor design of rooms and/or poor placement or size of the furniture in the rooms, room was a non-smoking room, but someone had the bright idea of placing the smoking area right outside the main entrance for our building/room, so you have to walk right by several people chain smoking to get into your room, which kind of defeats the purpose of non-smoking if you still have to be subjected to lots of people smoking every time you leave or come back to your room or as soon as you park your car. Parking could have been better, doesn’t seem they planned it out well before they built the place, needs more parking spots. Swimming pool is outside and not heated, so my kids couldn’t ever use it as the staff says it has to be 75-degrees or warmer and when it did get that warm they told us the pool was closed for water testing.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a sack of rocks. Very hard and lumpy. Pillows were great. I loved them. Bar soap was so small it was just enough for one wash then it fell apart

The 1 bedroom was located right next to the elevator. It was an upgrade from our original room that smelled like smoke. Didn't want to complain again. However, during the night the elevator made this rhythmic noise that was hard to ignore! Also, the leg on the bed was bent so that the first night my husband slept slanted towards the floor. We waited too late to report it, but were offered a chance to change rooms. Instead, my husband held the bed up while I repaired the leg on the bed. It was a temporary fix, so I hope you all repair or replace the bed frame in that room. Even with all these mishaps. I would stay there again.

The place is clean. The staff if friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cute and clean.

The spring bed was too soft for us, but others might find it just right. Helpful staff offered to place board underneath to support it.

I enjoyed everything about my stay especially the food and the front desk worker Jay. Jay made my stay so much more enjoyable. He always greeted me with a smile and offered such great insights to the things I was trying to accomplish during my stay. I have never felt so welcomed by an individual. Jay is an awesome person and should be recognized for outstanding professionalism
