Friendly staff. Typical motel in a small town. Room was clean, AC worked well, nice king bed. Restaurant and fuel were nearby.

There were flies in the room, a couple of crickets on the floor and small ants on the bathroom sink. I could understand the flies in the room as they probably came in while the door was open. One of the crickets had been deceased for awhile. The ants were crawling over my hearing aids in the morning when I went to put them in my ears. There were no "grip bars" in the bathroom like one expects with an "accessible" room.

The location was easy to find.

Old building and facilities. In serious need of updating. Wasn't as clean as it should have been found old sock in a cabinet, winter type sock so no telling how long since anyone cleaned it. Mildew in corners of tub shower walls. Easy to tell carpet doesn't get vacuumed as well as it should. Breakfast wasnt worth the bother. Does say continental but that was the most pathetic carbohydrate laden mess of "food" ever. Waffle maker, prepackaged tiny muffins, cereal, and oddly... rice cereal treats, pink coconut snowballs, and brownies. And white bread for toast. We took a pass and stopped elsewhere. Photos of rooms and building need updating on the website and app. It's not nearly as nice and new as it looks in the pictures for the listing. I took more photos of grime in room but can only post 2. One shows dirty dusty carpet, other shows mildew in bathroom tub/shower area.

Price ok for what it was, just needed a place to sleep for the night. Light switches on walls for lights in ceiling, instead of lamps in the way everywhere, was nice. Also liked electrical outlet above level of nightstand top, very convenient. Liked A/C with always on fan instead of hearing loud compressor turning off and on all night waking you up in the process. The bed was clean and decently comfortable although the pillows are old. I always bring my own so that wasnt a big issue. The pool looked very clean and area around it was nice, we did not use it, just took a look.

Rooms are outdated and need some improvements. The fire alarm had a plastic bag over it.

Much cheaper price than hotels in Amarillo. Mattress was firm, just the way I like it! Room was clean and no funky smells.

My experience at the front desk was not great. There was no one around when I got there and it seemed as though the person had no desire to be there. Also the cleaning person had no key to my room so asked me to leave the door open.

I was able to park in front of my room as well as quickly get a reservation while driving through Texas. The bed was pretty comfy.

A little dusty around the edges of the furniture, but obviously clean everywhere else.

I got there late in the evening and the clerk would have been justified in being cranky. But instead, she was very kinf=d and made me feel welcome. The nextday it rained very hard and the weather service forecasted 1-inch hail between Memphis and my destination. These caring people ot only allowed a late check-out at short notice, but assured me that the storm was fairly normal for the area and would pass in time for me to finish my travel arrangements safely.

It says "Good breakfast" in the description, but it was only a breakfast bag (not so good) and we needed to ask for it. When we came for breakfast, we were told that there was only coffee and juice.

Now, the blonde lady who was supposed to do our room after we left at checkout, knocked on our door at 9am, waking us up, and knocked on it two more times before checkout. She was very disrespectful and annoying as she was hurrying us up to leave for she could clean.

It's a bit outdated but as far as a clean comfortable place to stay it was wonderful. You can tell that the family who owns this really cares for their property and guests.

The entire hotel was well cared for and clean. It's right off the highway and you might expect to see trash from the cars going by but it was very well kept. Continental Breakfast was good with cereal choices, juice,coffee morning breakfast breads and a waffle iron.

The place could use a remodel, just like my home, it's a couple decades behind. And definitely get rid of the carpets if nothing else.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Hotel was quiet yet easily accessible to the highway.

Owner was very rude, tried to over charge my credit card (room was pre booked), after I confronted about my card trying to be charged more than what it was supposed to, owner said we nor anyone else we traveled with were unable to get rooms as well

After staying at this property while hunting for the past 16-17 years accused my daughter of stealing towels. Threatened to charge her for the towels before I returned. His tone change and was very dismissive. After a long standing business relationship I will not be staying here. The hotel is old and run down, mgmt is rude, and it is overpriced for the area. There are only 2 hotel options in Memphis but do not waste your time staying and drive to the next town.
