The girl in my room snored like a plane taking off - but you could get that anywhere, was just hard to sleep.

Great location in a vibrant town (even on a Monday), free wifi, free breakfast, comfortable bed, great living room area. Free parking 2 blacks away.

Proactive, kind and helpful personnel who responded quickly to digital questions and were superkind while talking to them face to face. Other than that: complimentary breakfast!

The mattress is a lump of crap in a plastic bag. I get it that this is a hostel, but people are there to sleep, make it more comfortable by updating your mattresses and get something fit for humans and not dogs!!

The bed was not very comfortable. The room was very "bare bones", but for the price, it was expected.

The location was great. It was downtown and an easy walk to multiple restaurants. I had to leave early so didn't get to eat breakfast. The value was good.

I was told on at least 3 occasions there would be a late checkin fee and a staff member told me that due to late checkin (around midnight) that the staff working late work be informed to put sheets on the bed prior to my arrival so as not to disturb the other 5 people sleeping in that room. The female staffer flat out refused even though the room was pitch black and bed was top bed and a tight squeeze .The man in a walking boot sitting in the office did it for me. Her behavior made me feel like I was being totally unreasonable. Out of courtesy for my roommates I pressed the issue to keep from turning on lights to get settled. I ended up sleeping in my clothes and didn't even access my suitcase to keep the noise level down. This was not my first hostel but she was the first RUDE staffer I have encountered.

Appreciated breakfast and the coffee was excellent. The other guests were pleasant and interesting and it was enjoyable to share travel experiences!

There is a business above the hostel, and you can hear them walking around in the evening. Luckily it did not appear to continue past approximately 10pm and didn't disturb my sleep as much as I originally feared.

The room was clean, and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

The beds were not comfortable at all. I think they could do with a replacement of mattresses!!!!! I would give a higher rating if bed we’re comfortable Also, a bit noisy due to restaurant/bar upstairs. But I was super tired so didn’t bother me to much.

The lady who checked us in the evening of July 19. 23 was super informative and nice. She offered some bottle of hers she had on hand, so I didn’t need to go elsewhere. So nice! The location was great! At the heart of downtown life, cute shops and good coffee shop and it was clean!!! Loved the private two bunk room.

Very thin walls that allowed you to hear your neighbors' conversations in detail even in a private room. No window in room, and beds were not the comfiest. One of the two showers in the women's restroom was out of order.

Old-fashioned style hostel with large common areas, study area/library, and well-equipped kitchen with lots of free food and large fridges. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff upon check-in. Great location right in the middle of downtown. Free parking around the corner.

The bathroom sinks in the women’s restroom were out of order, and one of the two showers, that was my only issue. The plumber was coming the next day, it was being taken care of.

The pillow was extremely thin and as a result I had a back ache the whole day. Upstairs is a restaurant which started moving furniture around on the wood floors above my room at 6:30am. Also they charge a $10 fee for anyone who checks in after 10pm which isn’t posted anywhere.

Location was great, right in the middle of all the action. Had everything you needed, wifi, microwave, frig, laundry, tv room, beds had their own outlet and light. Friendly staff. Clean accommodations.

I mean, the beds aren't the comfiest, and staying in a hostel will never be the most luxurious travel experience. I did stay in a room with just guys - so if you aren't comfortable with that, consider a private room or traveling with another person.

The best things about TSH are the location (which could not be better) and free breakfast. They have good lockers for personal items and plenty of common spaces, and a great shared kitchen (they are really on top of keeping the fridge clean by making sure food doesn't just pile up in there). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The people staying respect quiet hours, and I felt safe in Bozeman.

The chair in the rooms was cloth and badly stained as was the small carpet square in the room. A plastic chair would be much better.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and plenty to eat. Beds were comfortable and appreciated the device plug-ins and light/fan on each bed.
