I was the only person in the entire motel that night. Location had a lot to do with it but people should know what a great value this motel is.. It's just not on the interstate exit.

This room had all the amenities, well kept and clean. The bed was comfortable.

stuffy room stuffy. stuffy bathroom. Terrible tv and tv stations; no tv station guide. I swear the mgr. said $10 per per. He swore he said $20. Prob would not have stayed if it were $20/pet. Not nice enough place for $20 per per. So, my $62/night went to $92. NOT WORTH $92.

The room smelled horribly of mildew. AC unit was very small, and in the back of room by the bathroom! On a Friday night, the parking lot was empty, no other customers, which was very bizarre & speaks volumes. Mattress was extremely firm, which is bad for my back. Didn’t even unpack. Got my key, checked the room, and left the property. Didn’t discuss with staff bc while he was a nice guy, he was also a bit argumentative, which after 12 hours of driving I didn’t want to deal with. I had already prepaid the room so I just had to swallow the loss and went elsewhere. Found a great room with the most heavenly bed at the Rodeway Inn, $50, lower than price in this site.

Guy at the desk overcharged us for our pet. We paid twice what was advertised for her and he acted like we were nothing him when we check in. Hotel was fine. Staff not nice.

Everything was wonderful. I can't say anything bad about this place. The only shock was I was 1 of only 3 guesses at the hotel. And that's a shame, this place deserves your business!

Very old, not updated, next to active, loud train activity. Old AC in rear wall was turned off, did not cool well when turned on. Small fridge was not plugged in. One outlet near bed. Poor quality, sparce towels, soap, no shampoo. Very old, but clean fixtures. Poor lighting. Would not recommend.

The air conditioner and refrigerator were both unplugged on a warm night. I'm sure trying to conserve energy. I will never stay there again.

Nothing really, this is an older property but Mike has maintained it well and it was a great value for the price.

Mike was an excellent host! He was efficient in getting us checked in and feeling welcome. There is a bar with a pool table attached to the lobby and we shot pool and visited with Mike before heading out to supper.

This place felt so sketchy. It was a perfectly fine stay however the vibe felt very...serial killery. Like one of those small out of the way places that feel like there might be a murderous clown on the loose or something. We literally checked under the beds and covered the mirrors just in case. This place could really use a theme of a scary hotel and it would be booming. We laugh/cried at the fact that we were afraid of the Tucumkiller tucumkillus in Tucumcari. All was good and we survived but this was hard to find and directions were not easily found since GPS DOES NOT WORK WITH THIS ADDRESS. They really weren't kidding when they mention that. The beds were SUPER comfortable and I had a great night's sleep despite all the murdery vibes this place gave off.

The mattress on both beds were so dang comfortable that I didn't hurt nearly as much when I woke up as I do in other hotel room beds.

Very friendly. Room was a little outdated and musty. Sadly they don’t get a ton of traffic from the interstate. Very clean. Everything you need coffee, fridge, microwave. I would stay there again
