Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThe carpet in our North tower room really needs to be replaced. The property is very very large and there are not enough maps or signage, especially in the lobby. Also the lobby could se some seating.
I like that it’s close to the beach. I also like the restaurant choices in the hotel. There is a good assortment of slot machines.

United StatesIt was very difficult to find the hotel front desk. Finding the self-parking garage was difficult. Several Exit signs were missing throughout the parking garage, which was confusing. The Check-In Kiosk did not work. The hotel front desk clerk did not speak clearly. Vents in the hotel room were clogged with dust. Hotel room windows were cloudy to see through. The entire building smelled of smoke and weed.
I liked the bathroom. I liked the Havana area. I liked the room location.

United StatesThe wait for the elevator. It took a very long time to get downstairs. It appeared as if everyone checked out at the same time. Even though check out through text was way more convenient than checking out at the desk, it was alarming at how many people tried to leave their rooms at the same time.
Room was clean but smelled a lot like smoke. It was comfortable and had a nice view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean which was important for a family traveling with children

United StatesI reserved a room in the Chelsea tower. I got there a little early and was told at the check in desk that I was being moved to another tower because my room wasn't ready. I offered to wait for the room I reserved. I was then told that Chelsea tower was closed during the week and I was getting a free upgrade by being moved to the Havana tower. I was then moved. The room I stayed in did not have all the amenities that were in my reserved room. The front desk told me that I booked with a third party and next stay I should book directly with them.
I liked that everything I wanted to do and enjoy was all under one roof, except for the beach which was a few feet away.

United StatesThe shower in our room got really hot and then would get really cold , and then really hot again. The tub also didn’t drain properly but they did send someone out to fix it. Also the walk from where you check in to the west tower is a decent walk with luggage.
