Stayed In the west wing… seems very out of date especially for the price being charged…had better deals with better rooms . Wanted to try the famous Tropicana. Non smoking side of the casino is still smoker friendly.

Lack of toiletries in the room . No shampoo or shower soap , no towel to put on the floor coming out of the shower . Pillows were not comfortable

The deposit for 2 room for only one person paying is Alot I think the money I was going to use to gamble at your resort had to pay in a hold just sad went there basically for one nite for nothing

The carpet in our North tower room really needs to be replaced. The property is very very large and there are not enough maps or signage, especially in the lobby. Also the lobby could se some seating.

I like that it’s close to the beach. I also like the restaurant choices in the hotel. There is a good assortment of slot machines.

It was very difficult to find the hotel front desk. Finding the self-parking garage was difficult. Several Exit signs were missing throughout the parking garage, which was confusing. The Check-In Kiosk did not work. The hotel front desk clerk did not speak clearly. Vents in the hotel room were clogged with dust. Hotel room windows were cloudy to see through. The entire building smelled of smoke and weed.

I liked the bathroom. I liked the Havana area. I liked the room location.

The wait for the elevator. It took a very long time to get downstairs. It appeared as if everyone checked out at the same time. Even though check out through text was way more convenient than checking out at the desk, it was alarming at how many people tried to leave their rooms at the same time.

Room was clean but smelled a lot like smoke. It was comfortable and had a nice view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean which was important for a family traveling with children

I reserved a room in the Chelsea tower. I got there a little early and was told at the check in desk that I was being moved to another tower because my room wasn't ready. I offered to wait for the room I reserved. I was then told that Chelsea tower was closed during the week and I was getting a free upgrade by being moved to the Havana tower. I was then moved. The room I stayed in did not have all the amenities that were in my reserved room. The front desk told me that I booked with a third party and next stay I should book directly with them.

I liked that everything I wanted to do and enjoy was all under one roof, except for the beach which was a few feet away.

-One elevator in the West Tower sounds like it's going to break down -Room was nice, clean & spacious but needs a little fine tuning. Wall paper peeling, etc.

The shower in our room got really hot and then would get really cold , and then really hot again. The tub also didn’t drain properly but they did send someone out to fix it. Also the walk from where you check in to the west tower is a decent walk with luggage.
