When I checked in the man at the counter was tolerable, but not really friendly and a little difficult to understand. He had probably had a long day and was tired. I had the same and probably wasn't as friendly as I would normally be either. I understand how that goes. The A/C was on and placed high over the fridge where we could not turn it off. My husband had just had major surgery and was cold. No, we didn't ask them to turn it off because we were tired and just wanted to sleep, so we hunkered under the covers and made it work. The blankets were warm and made up for the cold room.

It was affordable and convenient. Though old, you can see they put effort into keeping it looking relatively clean and comfortable. When I checked OUT the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and smiling.

Lights went out twice when in the shower (perhaps I just picked a very busy time), and the door was missing the extra deadbolt.

The location was convenient and the employee working the front desk the night of Nov. 7th and the morning of Nov. 8 was extremely kind and helpful. Excellent customer service on his end.

It was a little tight with three beds, but definitely doable.

All three beds were comfortable. The location was idea. Staff were friendly. The fridge was larger, which was nice. The hotel gave us plenty of towels.

The inside of the hotel was ghetto. The bathroom window was sketchy, our toilet was stained with a low amount of water in it so it was hard to flush, our toilet rack was broken; toilet paper was left on the floor when we walked in and the towels were so thin that when we got out the shower, our floor was soaked

I cannot recommend this property. I just stayed there for a week and the room did not get a single cleaning. I had overflowing trash and kept the same towels and sheets for a week. They do have housekeepers but they apparently are paid so well that they don't need tips. They only clean rooms after checkout - not during a stay. I was out during the day and by the time I'd get back Housekeepers were gone for the day so there was no point asking at the office. Room cleaning should have been automatic anyway

Night staff (Indian guy) is extremely rude and his behaviour was so disgusting.

I had a negative experience during my stay at this hotel. One of the staff members, an individual of Indian descent, was extremely rude and argumentative towards me without cause. Despite being a paying customer, it felt as though my presence was undervalued. Additionally, his appearance struck me as unconventional. This type of behaviour is unacceptable in the hospitality industry and reflects poorly on the property's professionalism and customer service standards. I was there on March 30th and stayed in room number 207, with a check-in time of 11:00 pm on that day. When I entered the hotel, his expression was very rude.

The room smelled like mold there was spiders in my shower the restroom window very old. Anybody can break into it. The parking lot needs to be redone. There’s tweakers walking around all night. Couldn’t get sleep very uncomfortable. Behind the hotel there’s weeds 10 feet high more than likely where the bugs are coming from.

My room was reeking of cigarette smoke. I had a severe asthma attack within 20 minutes and had to leave. I spoke with the front desk of the cleanliness and health hazard. I told the front desk I was experiencing a severe asthma attack and had to quickly get rushed away for medical needs.
