Large house with plenty of room for 3 adult couples. Well equipped large kitchen. Amazing view! Terrific fun game room. Helpful and friendly owners with quick response time with a minor check-in issue.

Everything was amazing. The only thing I wish we could have used in the fireplace as it cant be used now. I understand why but it would still be nice to enjoy the house during winter next to the fireplace.

This house is amazing. I was blown away and wished I could have stayed longer. Beautiful views, big terrace, all rooms are comfortable and well furnished. Downstairs playground area is awesome for bigger groups. Host is very responsive. We arrived an hour or so earlier and they helped us with the keys. It is also quite close to Yosemite valley by car but also there are dinning options nearby as well as big grocery store. and there is enough space to park few cars. I can only recommend!!

There was erosion at the base of the paved driveway meaning small cars could potentially have damage to the under carriage. Additionally, the gravel road leading to the Villa has rough spots and occasional large rocks. Think night driving could be challenging.

Villa is in a beautiful, secluded location. We loved the well equipped, huge kitchen. The games room is awesome! Mountain views from deck are incredible! Jennifer was very helpful and responsive. We use the Villa as a base for 3 days of exploring Yosemite. We also loved nearby Mariposa -a charming town with cafes, restaurants, cute gift shops, a lovely park, plus wine tasting and olive oil tasting on offer!

This was a great find and we were pleasantly surprised. This was a perfect vacation spot for us which had everything for our group which had people of all ages. The house is kept really well and you really feel at home. The game room was thoroughly enjoyed by our kids and the fantastic views from the upper level balcony were amazing at every time during the day (and night). Our elderly felt very comfortable and honestly did not want to leave, just like the toddler in our group who enjoyed running around the house with no fear. I have to add a special mention for Jennifer and Brian - who have not only meticulously planned this place but were extremely considerate and thoughtful on learning of a not so pleasant situation we face while we were at Yosemite. I have already shared this property with all my close friends and we strongly recommend this place for any one looking for a nice and comfortable vacation.

Rough where the paved drive meets the gravel road. Just take it slow and at an angle entering and exiting driveway, no problem. The gravel road is short maybe 1/8 mile and should not be a deterrent.

Cant say enough about this amazing property! Comfort, breathtaking views, beautifully decorated, very spacious. No detail has been spared, you'll want for nothing. Our family had a wonderful time. Exceptional!!

The road from the main road to the home was partially paved and it can be difficult to drive since it’s gravel.

The first floor was really cold.
