the breakfast was pretty good. Except the sausage was not cooked correct it was undercooked severely, ujndercooked pork is dangerous. The GRITS were horrible. some narly cheese was in it ruining the grits. It shoild have american cheese in grits , not gouda. In the souith ,,not in france.

The villa didn’t have a microwave! Many things were focused on the hotel, ie: the only heated pool and hot tub. It is not an all inclusive resort so many fees added up quickly.

Convenient. Lots of options for stores, food, shopping, and golf.

The address given to me on Booking.com was incorrect, as we were taken a mile out of our way. Also, the description did not say that we had to pick up the keys at the Omni Hotel.

The proximity to the beach and the pool was amazing. The property was beautiful.

It was not easy finding the room. Which was inside the Omni resort. It was a lot of wrong turns and going to the wrong location.

Disappointed in first villa. In a secluded area next to tennis courts. no easy beach access. difficult to get luggage into villa, no elevator & limited access from parking lot to villa. Oceanfront villa was a bit shabby, needed upgrading of furniture and more kitchen linens. We had to use our own!! Prices in restaurant were very high!

After upgrading to an oceanfront villa, experience much better. Access to beach, pool and restaurants was very good.

Our shower was broken Had to do sponge baths and wash our hair over the side of the tub. Did not like walking thru the passage way from the hotel to the Amelia ballrooms. It should be encased

Beautiful property with lots to offer. can easily get turned around if you’re not paying attention. Loved being right next to the beach but not all places have a view. Cool markets, restaurants and pools to cover anything you need.

The room had several deficiencies (1) Iron board would not stay open(2) the iron cord would retract(3) the sliders were difficult to open (4) the closet door kept falling off (5) there was a ceiling access panel that look like it was about to fall.

The villa was really dated, old TV- not smart TV which made rainy day tough. Pool key had to be picked up at different location than reception which was a pain.

The property at the villas was not attended to. Someone vomited on the stairs in the main area that sat for 24+ hours before being cleaned. There was a storm one night and the amount of water in the common areas was excessive and also not attended to. Housekeeping used some kind of oily cleanser on the floors in the villa that was extremely slippery - we had to rehash the floors to get it off
