Excellent location. Very comfortable. Gym facilities are good. Ideal for a couple. Rooftop bar had amazing views especially at night.

I arrived late Saturday night and I didn't like the sense of arrival, apparently the rooftop is very popular, so I arrived to the line at a nightclub. I literally had to wait in line with bar guests at the elevator to go up to my room, I was uncomfortable, but it was only that night. Just be advised this is the hotel vibe. On a previous visit, I had stayed at another hotel within the same rate range, so I was expecting somewhat the same amenities. There were no slippers, shower caps, qtips, and things like that, and linens were a bit thinner than expected (budget vs luxury). It was comfortable, and super clean, but I expected more for the nightly rate at a discounted price, but for the original price the amenities should have been way better. When I read, "breakfast included" with no fine print on the reservation, I expect full breakfast to be included, and that I would only pay tips. Well, the included is a $20 dollar credit per person per day - which is great, except all dishes start at $18, coffee is $6 dollars + tip. So I think the wording should go, breakfast credit included or something like that. I would return if I needed to go to the same location and got the same very discounted rate, I would not pay regular price for the experience.

Location is great, rooms are super clean, nice views. House keeping is excellent and I loved how everything is right outside the door. Bathroom and shower were great too.l

The location of this hotel is the best. I walked everywhere b/c it's so close to pretty much everywhere I wanted to go. I think the longest I walked was 30 minutes each way. I only used Lyft at night b/c I wasn't comfortable walking at night. The room I was in didn't have a very nice view (Room 1410) (I looked directly onto another buildings roof which was very dirty and ugly) however, the very next building to the right was beautiful but I only had a view of it if I stood in the corner by the window. In any event, the staff was super friendly. Thank you Chad, Danny, Travis, Antoine, and Kristina for making my stay comfortable. The rooftop staff could use some hospitality training especially the guy who worked there on Saturday night as he wouldn't let me peak in to take a look to see if I wanted to go change and come back up. I explained to him that I'm staying int he hotel and showed him my key and I said I just wanted to take a quick peak but he kept repeating himself that they don't allow people to go in with bags. I had my over the shoulder computer bag and a small starbucks paper bag. It's as if he was a parrot and didn't have access to his brain. Very frustrating. The next day which was the last night I could hang out at the rooftop it was closed due to a private event but Joanne allowed me to quickly check out the rooftop and take a video and some pictures. I'm a podcaster and content creator so I took the opportunity to create a quick Reel. Thank you, Joanne. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would stay there again. I can't comment on the price because I reserved my stay only 30 minutes before arriving so I'm sure it would have been a lot less had I reserved in advance.

The kettle in the room was not user friendly. Room service did not provide the condiments and/or sweeteners we requested. I did not see anything prior to booking about a $69 per nite parking fee. I feel like that should be in bold print under the price per nite.

The room was cute and clean, liked having a variety of food choices on site.

train is very noisy in the room over week end people gather and play loud music in the street make the room noisy. the mattress in the bed is too soft, all cushion are soft

Conveniently close to all major attractions, very big room with dedicated working area, amazing shower room, toilet is a separate room, which is also very convenient when travelling as a couple, two separate sinks, two wardrobes. Nice modern design.
