I did not like anything about this hotel stay it was unclean unsafe and surrounded by drug addicts and prostitutes I was approached by someone trying to solicit sex and also witnessed two different times two different people smoking crack outside my door we did not stay but checked out and left

staff was rude. power went out while I was out of the hotel and they had no back up plan. had to walk around the hotel in the dark alone at almost 11:00 pm to get in the only door they could open. in the morning I had to leave early still no power( not their fault) front desk person was asleep. I had to pay $100 deposit when I checked in which I was aware of but the next day when I checked my statement it showed $120 had been taken out. I called and was rudely told only $100 had been taken and would get it back in 3-5 business days and was hung up on.

at my arrived The owner has taken the deposit, when i make my check out he insist that the deposit will be available in my account the next morning, this was 2 days ago, and I've call to the hotel but nobody answer.

the power went off at 7:30 pm and I require c-pap and never came back on. I was in charlotte for a doctor appointment for my cancer . Had no hot water either. Owner very rude offered no compensation

trash in yard, people partying on property all hours, carpets in rooms and hallways to room needs cleaning. Check in staff was not friendly. no ice during the entire stay. stair way need cleaning and the air in the stair way was not working so it was extremely hot in those areas.

Didn't feel safe in the neighborhood, someone was trying to break into our car right before we left. Was warned by another customer to check for bed bugs, rooms where very outdated, hotel looks nothing like Its photos on the website. Rooms are very small and not very clean.

ROACHES!! Dirty room, Dirty parking lot, dirty lobby. ALL 3 ice machines broken. Shower leaks water all over bathroom floor. And, the room smelled. Parts of the building need major maintenance.

Staff person at arrival was rude. Plexiglass at front desk was broken and taped back together (see pic). Signs indicated no breakfast, no airport shuttle. None of the ice machines worked. Staircase leading up to our room was filthy (see pics) and smelled strongly of urine. Napkins and chicken bones littered the stairwell. The bathroom had several areas of bad patches, with holes. Ceiling had been repaired poorly. Door to adjoining room was installed upside down. Pillows were tiny.

The one and only thing was that the room itself, despite being in poor shape, was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and we slept soundly.

Customer service was horrible. He was not personable or helpful at all. When I faced problems with my reservation, he did not help or seem to care.

They gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned, then we changed rooms and the room keys didn't work, we went and got another set of keys, they didn't work either. Then we finally got a room which was at the end of the building. There were homeless people at that end of the building smoking cannabis. We asked for our deposit back and left.
