the maid service woke us at 9am by opening the door. Then again at 10am she walked in on me in bed naked and my husband walking naked to the door. Check out was at 11. This was very rude and inappropriate. Never again. Will I visit this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

When checking in the lady was nice and informative. Very helpful and pleasant.

The bed was like sleeping on a bed of rocks ,there was no satellite service for our room and when I told the front desk ,all I was told was it was a new system and she didn't know anything about it. She also offered a new room when we had one day left .

We liked that it was conveniently close to our family .

I wish the ac was constantly running. It was very hot in my room and took some time for it to cool. I wish the pool was open.

I liked the location and price of the hotel. Easy to find also.

The towels were stained; the tv didn't work + had no remote. No 'Do not disturb" sign; had to ask for one. The water pressure at the sink was abysmal. The toilet tissue was very, very cheap. The room smelled musty for my entire 3 day stay. My plans changed unexpectedly and I could not get a credit for the 1 night I didn't stay there.

The bed was comfortable & it was relatively quite. The lady at the desk was very nice accomodating.

nothing it was a tight community, we were booked a room with remodeling items, paint, ladders, old molding furniture, lots of mattresses, tools etc. the staff was rude, and the cleaning lady came up to my children in/at my car. engaging cons with them. very small children I have. 2yr old twins a 5&6 yr old. the next room we got switched to had a huge huge hole in the wall. and for one night and just for two adults two beds we were charged $112 dollars and no breakfast. That was without children at that time. oh and only was provided two small towels. no place to do laundry

Very dirty room...dirty restroom, stains on bedsheets, bugs in room, water from sink tasted like bleach when brushing teeth, shower curtain torn so water went everywhere, ac loud and not that cold and also smelled bad.

I reserved the room ahead of the stay. And when my friend and I got there a little after midnight. After a 17 hour drive to see a terminally sick friend. There was a sign on the window with a # to call to get someone to the front desk. We were there for quite a while calling and looking for someone before anyone actually showed up. They never answered any of our calls. We thought we were going to have to sleep in the car. They seemed clueless about my stay, even though I had reserved the room online. Once in the room, the telephone wasn’t connected,was missing so many buttons and there was used soap bars on the bottom of the tub from the previous guest. That I had to clean up. When I tried to use the phone it didn’t work. I told the front desk lady about it the next day and she laughed and said “oh yeah, none of the phones work in any of the rooms.” And that was it. Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Stayed 2 nights in room 106, I now have bed bug bites all over my body. I checked in 6/24/21 checked out 06/26/21. After the first night I noticed bites on my stomach, I thought maby it was a reaction from something. Well after 2nd night, I noticed more, all down my legs an shoulder. That place needs work. Dirty stained towels an bedding.An a 1inch gap under room door. You can look under an see your car . Terrible experience..
