Mattress wasn't as firm as we like but no big deal, our Wigwam was very comfortable

The tv guide was weird and the neighborhood was sketchy and made us feel uncomfortable.

The bed was comfy, the teepee was fun, the tv worked great, and staff was helpful providing a hair dryer.

I loved everything about the property I wouldn't mind seeing some more foliage around the tents but other then that it was great

Loved the whole vibe! The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The guy in the lobby who checked us in was super friendly and helpful.

I stayed for a night, March 7th through 8th, I've been wanting to come here for a few years and finally got the chance to stay a night. When I arrived I thought I had run into an issue with this hotel, but the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and helped resolve the issue I was having. He made my stay very welcoming, and I ended up enjoying my night here. It's cute and small but perfect for a few people. I slept very well, the location wasn't too bad. I really liked that the shower had a door instead of curtains. There's a fridge, microwave and a cute little seating area to watch TV. There's no closet or iron but that doesn't bother me as I never use either. There are a few places, walking distance to get something to eat. Although it might look like it's in a busy area, I would suggest staying at least one night, there is history involving this hotel, and at least you'd be able to say that you slept in a teepee :)

The traffic was a little loud, but not really that bad. It got quiet as the night wore on.

The facilities were great. The room was clean and everything as advertised. The customer service was wonderful. Would stay again.

It is located on the original Route 66 alignment of Foothill boulevard in the city of San Bernardino. San Bernardino is not a place vacationers go to as a destination, but you are there to see the motel not the city and if the Wigwam was located anywhere else it would not be original.

I took my 1966 Mercury convertible on a weekend route 66 trip. No time to drive the entire length, just two days of driving my 66 on 66. You stay here for the quirky route 66 experience of staying in an original roadside "tourist trap". It is property from another time, an experience that can not be duplicated in many places. In this regard it exceeds all expectations. The staff is friendly and talkative.

There could have been better lighting in the restroom particularly the shower, but it was doable.

Really cute and homey! Feeling safe is a big factor in getting good sleep while traveling. The free parking right next to the teepee is great for easy transportation of items. There are also good photo ops around the grounds. Staff is very nice and friendly. The office/convenience store is very accessible, and they even offered tea and coffee.
