It seems to be in remodeling stage and has opened too early. first room the phone and tv did not work. second room staff had to come to hook up the tv. hot and cold water in the sink were reversed. the shower faucet didn't work. Totally not worth the price yet,

was not told it was under construction. never stayed anywhere where total destruction and construction was not sealed off. we were given first room with no water in shower, second room no electricity, third was charm. construction dust, debris, equipment everywhere. exterior doors were left propped open and didn’t feel very safe. saw a homeless person come out of one of the rooms early morning. I am sure after all construction done it will be very nice. just that a heads up would have been good.

The facility needs improvement. Interior bathroom door handle was missing, shower faucet was missing some trim pieces. I stayed here a year ago (different room) and the shower issue was the same.

Room appeared clean, A/C was easy to use.

Only one light in the bedroom worked. The coffee maker was missing the pod holder. And there was no breakfast when breakfast was advertised in your listing as offers free breakfast.

Room and hotel were tired. Room was not very clean. Sticky stuff on alarm clock, lights didn't work, shower rod fixed with zip ties, breakfast was packaged sweet rolls or oatmeal packets.

I did not like how the showerhead in my bathroom was busted and spilled water all over the bathroom, and the fact that the bathroom laminate was coming off the walls and you can see behind it as well as the floor was kind of coming up. I get refurnishing all rooms and giving all new room showerheads would be expensive but it looks like this has been ongoing for many many years. Booked a double room, after driving 19 hours we checked in and they Gave us a single, went to the front desk and it took way too long to get it rectified,.

I wouldn’t call it a breakfast, all they had was prepackaged breakfast crapes, literally that’s all it was one item. At least not the breakfast I’m used to seeing at hotels.

Room furniture is ready for disposal. Bed doesn’t sit on frame properly. Couch arm torn, dresser worn, all lamps different (no two alike). Room security latch was broken. Bathroom door handle was almost falling off, I used pocket knife to tighten screws. Room heater thermostat is broken, set to 72, room probably reached 85 before we returned from dinner.

Night staff was easy to work with. Pleasant and professional. Had good organizational skills.

steady stream of water leaking from the Fossett in the tub, coffee maker busted, both key cards failed at different times during my trip, couch was torn, drain in bathtub rotted out. The mattress was more like a medieval rack than an actual bed, and what's with these pillows that are so fluffy yet have no actual head or neck support? It's also a shame to see a fully functioning indoor pool that is "closed, under construction".

It had a bed. The ice machine was functional. The coffee maker left a big mess on the sink counter, at least they replaced the coffee maker when they made up the room.

They show a big breakfast bar online and say breakfast included but it’s a plastic wrapped pastry and coffee. Coffee is always appreciated but the breakfast is why I booked with this hotel over others. I’m very very upset!
