We booked a king bed but when we checked in, we got two queens. We requested a change so that we could have a king which was done. The clerk at the front desk was difficult to find, The breakfast was disappointing. The waffle machine didn't work, the orange juice was empty, I went back twice for orange juice but it was never refilled so I did not get orange juice. Settled for nothing, went and purchased breakfast at a restaurant.

The hotel was switching to a new brand so no breakfast was offered. Coffee was said to be but there was none.

Just changed branding to Quality Inn. Rooms were being remodeled, so the type of room we requested was not available. We had to settle for another room. In spite of the negatives, it was a nice stay.

Wi-Fi password would not work on any of my equipment even though it was correct password, reception said they would look into it. No breakfast provided. Had microwave and fridge so was able to have a hot evening meal. Close to town,always found Williams a nice place. Very close to main motorway and town. Careful about getting a takeaway Pizza a very basic small pizza was over $20.

They did not have continental breakfast which is huge for business travelers, most mornings the coffee wasn’t out or it was cold when they put it out and the whole week I was there no one came to clean my room or change out toiletries/ trash.

Well, an employee quit, so I waited for 2 hours to get into a room. After working 12 hours outside and getting to the hotel at 9pm. (which they knew I was a late check-in) exhausted and wanting to shower and get food I had to sit in lobby for 2 hrs trying to figure out what to do. I had no idea that an employee quit. I only found out because after waiting for 20 minutes, something could be wrong. I called the Winslow police department because what if someone had died or was hurt, etc. Well, another guest came in at the same time and told me the employee that was there at 7pm was upset and disrespectful and let him know she was quitting after helping him. Anyways police show up and apparently know a couple of the employees. They help us and let us know that the next employee comes in at 11pm. The arrived about 1120pm. THE EMPLOYEE WHO SHOWED UP WAS AWESOME AND GOT US OUR ROOMS IMMEDIATELY. I HOPE HE IS RECOGNIZED AND THANKED BECAUSE IM NOT TO SURE IT WAS HIS SHIFT. ANYWAYS, I APPRECIATED HIM VERY MUCH! I am, however, very upset that I wasn't offered a free night or a huge discount. My time was very valuable, and I was exhausted and I couldn't wait to take a shower and get food. I could barely keep my eyes open. I was extremely upset.

There was food left inside the refrigerator inside my room when I checked in. The website didn’t state that the hotel was being remodeled so no free breakfast and I have kids that I checked in with. The room lock latch was broken on the door so I was scared with everyone who walked pass my room. I had to buy a door security stick to secure the room while me and my kids where inside.

The TV didn't work but we weren't in the room that long to notice. To note - There is no lift. Dogs are allowed so may be noisy.

The pool with spa was great. The rooms were big and comfortable. The location was good as close to town and not too busy.

Hotel recently remodeled and the rate very reasonable. Daytime manager has a beautiful smile...she should use it more. Could have been a bad day but it seemed like a real struggle to be nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again...maybe I would feel more welcome next time.

Web sight has not caught up with current status- because of renovations they did not have breakfast that was to be included, and there were no smoking rooms any more. Neither issue was compensated for. Additionally I notified them that I was Handicap but was placed in a room farthest from outside door/parking lot.

Even though this property is still working through an extended renovation, the hard surface flooring and other updates are appreciated. No vending or breakfast yet, so be aware of that. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Our request for a ground floor room close to an exit was both met and communicated online.

We were assigned a room on the 2nd floor, but there was no elevator. We asked if we could move to the 1st floor, so we didn't have to bring all of our luggage up a flight of stairs and they filled our request.

One of the most comfortable beds I slept on during a 2 week road trip where I slept somewhere different every night. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
