Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesRoom was great, plenty of space, big closet with plush robe and slipper. The bathroom was huge and super clean. Bed was plush and very comfortable. The view of strip from the room and the hills in the distance was great as well. The soundproofing was excellent. I ordered in room dining three times during my stay and the service was excellent at all the times. Will definitely stay again. I also booked a spa session and it was one of the best spa experience I ever had.

Ok, it’s probably one of the most expensive hotels in the area. It seems like they really care about have a luxury experience. The lobby with the casino is huge and you have to walk a lot until you get to your room (which is a pain when you are tired) but it is something that happens at every hotel in this street. The basic room is big and so comfortable- the bed, the restroom , the technology and the view! I really liked the hotel and I was sorry to leave!

GermanyThe infamous las vegas resort fee is 50€ per night. Huge variety of minibar drinks and snacks absurdly overpriced, but that’s a common thing in Vegas.

United StatesUnfortunately due to the weather the pool and hot tub areas were closed down while we were there even after the rain stopped because of the staffing issues we didn’t have the opportunity. We understood it just wasn’t as enjoyable.
The property is gorgeous and very well maintained in a fantastic location. The dining is superb we especially loved the sushi restaurant that had a variety of dishes and each one was incredible. Room is awesome very clean, elegant, and they thought of everything. We will definitely return in the future.
