How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast looked sad. The selection and quality of the food was below our standards. Even the free coffee from the machine was simply brown water when we tried to use it early in the morning. Even after it was fixed, the coffee was still awful. Another problem was lack of the freezer. Usually, the little fridge in hotel rooms has a small freezer, but ours did not. We needed it to put a few things and it made it inconvenient.
Booking, check in and check out was very easy and smooth. The suite room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Location is great: conveniently located to a few restaurants and close to supermarkets.

I've stayed here about 5-6 times. Everything has always been great.
Always have a good souvenir/gift shop. I always buy my Yosemite souvenirs here.

The staff was outstanding! Debbie and Arianna checked us in and went above and beyond. They were so kind and accommodating. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was awesome and super convenient and had many choices including hot foods as well. Great location, close to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

This quaint hotel was perfect with impeccable staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our family needs that included 3 rooms and one “difficult “ family member. Debbie and her younger staff associate went out of their way to get us all settled into our rooms very early before the normal check in time, which gave us much needed time to relax after a long journey. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. The breakfast choices were more than adequate to get our busy days started with a smile. Love this place and definitely would book again!!

The noise cancellation job is not sufficient for a hotel I guess. I can hear the noise from my neighbors so clear.
The size of the room and the mini kitchen is family friendly. The “room service per request” rule saves a lot of water and energy. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was pretty normal.
The rooms were quite big and clean. The location was just beside the main street and before Yosemite National Park. There are also restaurants nearby. Liked the spacious bathroom as well.

They do not serve breakfast, but that is a minor problem.
Place, it is an hour drive from the Yosemite national park and taking into consideration the hotel prices in Yosemite I believe this is a good choice. It could serve as a base for Yosemite explorers. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds, AC available.

We liked most of the staff they were so nice except that one bigger lady who seemed to be the security or manager. She was so rude and mean to us. we didn't like how she treated and spoke to us. breakfast food was OK, only a few options. But otherwise we had fun
