The taxi service took some time to get a handle on having correct change since none had any and took only cash.

It had that feeling you look forward to when going to the beach and that beach was right outside the hotel.

The building is dated. The room smelled moldy. The pull-out bed was atrocious- we had to get several blankets and comforters to put on the bed so the bed springs won't kill me.

For the amount you pay the little things really matter. There was no bottled water provided and you can’t drink the tap water, also no coffee or tea bags to greet you after a long journey. These weren’t big deals but would have been nice to allow a new visitor to relax after a long day of travel. The really big deal was the noise the crane they had working on something on the roof everyday all day. It was loud and spewed black smoke. I was gone a lot but every time I went outside or on the porch I heard the motor and smelled grease which tainted the wonderful view.

The property had a great location with beach access and great views with our double decker porches. The condo was big and spacious and very clean on arrival.

The new apartment was perfect, except for a missing remote control that prevented us from being able to turn off the fan in the master bedroom. Also, the apartment was a bit pricey, but I guess you pay for the luxury of the view and privacy in one of the most beautiful beaches of St. Thomas!

We had a problem at the beginning (no table in the dining room and a few other issues) and the staff quickly moved us to a better apartment. They were understanding, efficient and polite. The view from the new property was fantastic and we also had a washer and dryer, which helped a lot because we were five people. Thank you!

They could use a new mattress in our room, and we did not have hot water in the shower.

Love the location! Everyone was courteous and friendly, food at the Beach Buzz coffee shop and bar was delicious!

There is no restaurant in the facilities, only a beach bar with limited service. No room service either.

The location is very good, close to town and very nice beach. The room was perfect, with a covered area facing the beach and direct access to it.

Room had a horrible location - our room was right next door to the office. Entire resort seemed a bit run down, and our room was even worse. Old furnishings, no coffee table in living area, and a bit dirty too. Extremely loud, the walls were paper thin, and housekeeping staff hung out right outside of our room taking loudly starting at 8:00 a.m. Also, although we had an ocean view, we also overlooked the side of the restaurant and stacks of lawn chairs, and the people who signed up for water activities gathered in front of our back lanai. We were scared senseless when security pounded on our door at 7:45 a.m. one morning. Why? To basically yell at me for hanging our beach towels on the outdoor railings overnight.

Location was good and the beach was beautiful, with some snorkeling areas in the water nearby.

Our room had a strong must odor that we could not get out of the room. We left both ceiling fans on and the screen doors open all day and it was still musty. My son has allergies so that was not helpful.

Location was great, common area facilities were good. I assume you were still building back from hurricanes but that is understandable. The beach was well maintained.

The office wasn't obvious for check-in so we wandered a little before finding it.

We loved the location and being able to just walk right out to the beach for snorkeling and swimming. We also liked the pool and the beach bar within easy walking distance. It was very easy to get a taxi too!

The location is absolutely amazing! the apartment is very comfortable and we had two great balconies with vista on the sea where we had breakfast and dinner. Truly a paradise! The staff at the concierge is also very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, we had to leave two days early for an emergency situation at home and the manager was very understanding. A+ and we’ll certainly be back!

The property is totally dilapidated and run down. Location to the beach is only postive here. Rooms need maintenance. Shower is broken and water is cold. Pool area is broken and no bar ofcouse! The room smelled like mold. The handshower broke Teo e. There are so many damage in the property. Beds are uncomfortable and makes squeaky noise. We barely could sleep.
