Not hotel fault but had smokers in next room (hotel is non-smoking) & smoke smell came through our air con vents😠. Staff were quick to act came up & installed air atomisers got rid of smell & think smoking guests were spoken to as never smelt it again.

Great location short walk to Ben Than Markets. Room was lovely had the Executive very good value for money.

Bed and pillows were hard

Staff very friendly. Yum breakfast every morning. Good food and drinks - and cocktail hour (albeit slightly weird hours 1pm-5pm). Very clean and daily room cleaning.

The location was good, friendly staff. It was our first stay in Vietnam and no complaints. Very grateful for the hotel not charging us with a late cancellation of our friends booking.

I received an email saying our reservation had been cancelled. When I called the hotel they said someone had cancelled it by mistake. Rooftop area a bit crowded and noisy at times.

Rooftop area lovely but a little crowded at times.

We had a lovely room. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the sun deck and the pool after a long day though it can get a little crowded. Breakfast was tasty with a wide selection of food. We enjoyed the use of the sauna and spa. The staff were friendly and helpful with tour bookings and transport.

The pool area was not clean, tables dirty and chipped tiles around the pool. Breakfast good on the day we got there early - but everything had run out on the day we turned up at 9am (even water).

Great location - able to walk to most places, nice staff, lovely comfortable bed, we also booked a trip to the Mekong Delta via the hotel and it was much cheaper than the tourist booths

Bed was a little uncomfortable and the fridge didn’t work in my room. Also - not nearly enough loungers with sunshades by the rooftop pool. I never managed to get one - and couldn’t sit in the sun. A shame.

Great location and a real antique feel about the reception area. Impressed with the buffet breakfast as well - always crucial!

I booked initially a room without window but it was so horribly small that ended up paying a lot for an upgrade to a bigger room. The size of the first room was a major setback that affected my experience. Also, when you book a room in this hotel it does not say in any point that you need to pay for a deposit of 100 usd in cash (or at least we were not given the option to pay by card). Did not have usd but Euros were accepted. I don't know if guests break or steal items in this hotel regularly so they need to ensure they have your cash, but this practise makes you feel very disrespected and untrusted as a quest, even when you get your deposit back. I have lived years in Saigon and travelled around Vietnam and this is not a common practise. Customer service was not able to compensate for this negative feeling, so for me it was definitely not worth the amount I ended up paying for my stay. There are plenty of more welcoming hotels in Sgn.

Central location in D1, easy to visit major attractions if you're interested. Breakfast area is large (and can be very noisy and crowded) and you can choose from Vietnamese and Continental foods. Easy to find foods to eat even with dietary restrictions. Our room price included airport pick-up which was nice as we arrived late. The rooftop area with bar, pool, garden and gym is nice and we got complimentary drinks of our choice. Our second room was ok, but the bathtub instead of a normal shower made showering a bit clumsy.

Good location in Central Saigon. A lot of noise from room next door was not good. I rang reception bit they must of told the occupants that we had complained. They guy, causing the noise,knocked on our door in an angry mood.

Pool is small. Long wait for lifts sometime as staff uses the lifts for washing and transport bottles of water…

I stayed here many times in my many many travels to Vietnam. Everything is the same but the price, it has almost doubled.
