We needed larger room for family stay only double x 2 was in the old wing. Some facilities are not inclusive and cost extra such as pool use and bar if not chosen at click of purchasing the accommodation.

Love the location and facilities at this hotel. Bar was great convenience and the restaurant served excellent food and good prices. Staff where friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning remote did not work, it was stuffy for two nights, it turned out that it was just necessary to change the batteries It's not a significant downside:)

The hotel consists of several (4?) buildings, on arrival it turned out that the room we booked was in an old building, with poorly opening and closing windows overlooking the wall of a neighboring building, we also needed a seating area, since we met in Vietnam with our friends from Australia. When we first saw the proposed room, we did not find a recreation area, but the double room had two bathrooms))). I had to go to reception to update the room. Bruno helped us a lot in this matter, he changed the room for us and our friends to the best option in the new building. Thanks Bruno, you made our 3 nights.

I booked only confirming I could have a late check out and only found out at the last minute that it wasn't possible. Staff did let us store our luggage and use the pool/ facilities till our flight.

There isn’t much space around the pool however was great to sit near the jacuzzi and look over the city.

The rooms were very comfortable and had a homely chic feel. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel. (reception, spa, pool bar)

Rooms were a little small, but pretty anyway. Had one night where smoke (like from a cigarette) Came into the room. Probably from the air conditioning. Smelled like a smokey Bar for hours. Would recommend anyway.

Very nice Pool area with a larger swimming Pool and a nicely warm jaccuzi. View was nice, drinks were good. Also nice location for the market and the Bui Vien Walking Street for going out, foods and drinks. Could Visit everything within the City by foot.

Our room faced a HUGE tv screen on the opposite building and even with the curtains drawn at night the lights we visible on the wall, that being said we were in bed by 8ish because of our young children and so tired from jet lag and the heat.

Loved the pool area and garden area. Lovely hotel and comfortable bed. Good breakfast! Great location. Close by to a great coffee and juice bar.

Unfortunately the construction work next door was disturbing throughout the day. Especially the hammer drills. However, the evening was quite and we slept well. But don’t stay here if you want to rest during the day

There was a small window which opened to a smelly alley below, so it had to be kept closed. Also the lift closed quickly on people.

I wasn't able to stream Kayo sports online to watch the cricket T20 World Cup but I was too busy anyway. Wifi otherwise reliable.

Friendly helpful staff. Quiet room with comfy bed and seriously good pillows. Great rooftop pool and bar areas and spa massage treatments. Great value and will be back to Alagon soon.

I booked a room that said access to Sauna but was disappointed to find that we could only access sauna for an additional fee. This is quite misleading.

The pillows are very comfortable and the room was made up nicely each day. The jacuzzi was good.

We stayed in a twin room the first night which was very spacious and aircon worked very well. Second room had no window and was half the size. I'd recommend twin room with room if available. Rooms weren't fully cleaned. Underbeds or behind beds weren't hoovered. Bath needed to be cleaned in the second room.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They made are stay so enjoyable. The room supplied everything you needed and beds were extremely comfortable. The rooftop area with the bar, jacuzzi and pool was lovely. The gym was basic but had everything you needed, treadmill and weights. No aircon in the gym. The spa is very reasonable. We had a Swedish massage and it was very very enjoyable.

f & b department should also be sensitive to muslim patronage . check with registration desk to find out number of muslim guests and cater food for them.

generally, breakfast was good with variety of local and continental food. the room was good with adequate size and nicely placed furniture. house keeping was very good.
