The restaurant service for dinner was diabolical .The main meal took ages , the starters came out after main meal … we were the only people in the restaurant… Pool bar up on the roof drinks 15/20mins to arrive .. Floor 3 pool hard to glassware and ice . Just give you a not so cold can . NO SUGER FREE or DIET drinks except of cause water again not very cold ..

Night market music was loud

Great location, close to beach and night market. We enjoyed night market which happens every night. Buffet was amazing to cater to all eating styles. Nice big rooms.

I had mentioned while booking that there are two kids with me. All searches were with that option however when I reached hotel I was informed that kids are not mentioned in pax details. This is surprising and at 1am I had to make payment for one of kid who is 11 years old. That’s a serious miscommunication between booking.com and hotel.

The rooms and beds are small, not enough for a family of 3 with twins beds. We should of ask staffs to put those 2 beds together to have better sleep but we didn’t. We didn’t sleep well at all . We supposed to have 3 upgraded rooms with partial ocean view but only one was and the other 2 were just city view.

Nice, modern with nice decorations for the lunar new year. Staffs are nice and helpful, also dressed up nicely in their traditional dresses. Breakfast was very good for value.

It's very noisy outside and the glas is do thin that you can hear everything.. I mentioned to them in advance that we were celebrating wedding anniversary and a milestone birthday....shh 70 but there was no acknowledgement of this as other hotels would do. Staff were just not as friendly as Haian hotel around the corner.

The beds were super comfortable and a welcome treat after a long day of travelling. The location is perfect for strolling the beach front and just a simple cheap 5 minute taxi to most things. Staff are great too especially Huang Nuang. Breakfast was good too with a egg ordering station and slight variance each day to keep things fresh. We spent an entire day by the pool too which was a great way to recover from jet lag!

This hotel is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in Vietnam. It's a great place to explore Da Nang and the area around it. The staff is typically friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, although, as it could be expected, probably better for guests who would prefer a hearty Asian buffet than a mere Continental. The pool and spa seem great, but we did not have time to spend there, too much to do outside.

I didn’t like the noise from street vendors honking and yelling even past midnight. Even street karaokes have the same issue.

The breakfast has a wide choice and it’s good that they change the menu on some days. I took the junior suite and the view was superb. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was polite and friendly especially the operations manager, Tony, who was helpful at all times no matter how busy he was. The pool on the 19th floor was fantastic with an excellent view of the whole place. I will definitely recommend this place.

I paid to upgrade the room to a higher category to surprise my friend, the room was beautiful, however the safe did not work, some of the lights weren’t working and I could see fingerprints on the golden parts of the wardrobe when we first checked into the hotel. Also our upgraded room was next to the elevators so we could hear everyone passing by.

Very good location, staff was amazing, very caring and trying to help out.
