There was simply nothing to fault. The staff all made an effort to solve my problems and make me feel welcome, so there were no issues. It is pretty expensive, but the experience is worth it I think.

Everything was quite exceptional. The reception, all the staff, the room was large and comfortable, with every facility I could need. The location is very good for sightseeing and accessing the historic locations of the city.

I love the bathroom design but stepping out of the bath tub is quite high, wet and slippery. Maybe they could put a step or modify is somehow.

This is my second time staying here during my trip. They gave us a suite on 9th floor with beautiful view of the city. Our room is new , modern and very clean. Customer services are always friendly and professional. The thing I love it here is that very quite, rooms and windows are sound proof, so you don't hear the noise from street at all. Their swimming pool is clean nice too.

The room is a bit tired. But it looks like some have been upgraded from the pics on the listing.

The location was perfect for being so close to many of the main attractions of HCMC. Massage places the main markrt, steeet food, the war museum, shopping centre and the square all within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was great to cool down in. The breakfast was a great mix and range to set you up for the day.

The breakfast was OK but a bit bland, although the girl cooking the eggs was really nice and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The view from the windows was a bit grim but I closed the net curtains most of the time so it didn't bother me.

The room was nice and the staff were very genuine and friendly. during my stay I had to call on the maintenance team a couple of times, both times they came up really quickly and fixed the problems right away. I would stay here again, it was comfortable and welcoming.

No majors. Although we requested room with view, but not so much view from the room we stayed. Perhaps, depends on the availability. Some facilities may be a bit worn out and may need maintenance. Pity we did not get to use much of the kitchen facilities.

Room was a little outdated and some parts of the hotel felt a bit empty.

I was extremely disappointed that the shower is fitted over the bath. As an older couple it was extremely difficult climbing in and out of the bath tub after a long day of activities. There was no rail available to help us climb in and out so it was a huge mission for us which we dreaded each time. Not to mention water spraying all over the floor from the shower which made it very slippery also. This should be taken into consideration when preparing rooms for older couples as I have now been told there are rooms with walk in showers for the room type I requested.

Great location. Walking distance to Street Food & Ben Thanh Markets. Close proximity to many tourist activities and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and pleasant and offered good recommendations for places to go to which were cheaper, less touristy and used by locals. E.g spas and massages There was a great selection of food available for breakfast which included both local and western options if preferred. Rooms are equipped with laundry washing and drying machines which made it so handy to have all our laundry done before travelling to our next travel destination.
