What stood out to me was the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

The bedding is incredibly comfortable, as are the pillows. Although it may seem insignificant, this is highly important to me.

Great service and very cozy environment, please look for Thuan at the reception and she will help you to the fullest of her ability. Massage was very good. Very convenient location, only 15 min walk or less to the old town. Breakfast has good variety of food.

We had an exceptional experience at our stay at Hadana! The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The food was delicious, the pool was amazing, and the breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. The services offered by the hotel were top-notch, from room service to tour bookings. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. We were close to everything. 5 stars, and I can't wait to return!

Power tripped on a number of occasions. However the maintenance team were quick to fix.

A bit of a walk to the old town

Relaxed atmosphere, big cool room, lovely pool and staff. Nice link with dolphin bar at the beach, we used bikes to get there, was pretty easy and flat even if it was mid 30s Celcius .

Hadana Botique was honestly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in! The staff were all so lovely and accomadating! 10/10 would stay here again! Breakfast was abundant and everything was spotless! Thuan was the loveliest at the front desk and she helped get us sorted for all our days in Hoi An!

Nothing,was perfect

Everything about Hadana was perfect. The old french style & feel about the hotel was great, the location just outside old town meant quiet from the traffic but still only 700m from all the shops. The food was great all day, rooms spacious & clean, pool great all day protected & quiet & the staff, Ngan especially, were helpful in every way organising our tours & making our stay the best in our time across Vietnam. We recommend Hadana to everyone & will definitely be back.

Our bed was horribly squeaky - as in you roll over and it made a terrible noise, bad for the two people that slept in it. Guessing it was just very old. Pillows were also not great even though I asked for new ones, they were still not comfortable. One was far too high, then the next one I got was non-existent and still uncomfortable. Standard hotels - one million light switches and you still cannot see. One million light switches and you can't work out which one does what. Pretty frustrating.

Great pool and very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was good, although the high chairs on offer were usually dangerous as my son couldn't be strapped in and was intent on standing most of the time.

Absolutely loved it! The hotel staff were nothing short of exceptional. As we were checking in, a member of staff sat down with us and recommended lots of local restaurants, shops and tailors. The room itself was very clean and breakfast had a great variety of choices. Location was perfect, walking distance to all the local tourist attractions.

The staff could not do enough for their guests, welcoming us with a smile every time we returned to the hotel.. the staff went out of their way to make sure we were content, even finding an acupuncturist, offering to organise parcel postage back to Australia from the hotel, organising transfer of luggage to another hotel while we visited Hue .. we could not fault this facility in any way..thank you team Hadana..

Inconvenient to get cabs or electric cars to hotel and only one bike with child seat available. We stayed in an interconnected room overlooking empty wasteland rather than the pool.

The pool and the room size were excellent. Service was very good. Great size baths.

We had a great time staying at the hotel. We were welcomed by staff who were really informative and helpful about what to do in the area. We used the bicycles to get into the old town (5 mins). The breakfast was awesome. Definitely would stay here again!

Staff was so helpful and friendly. The place is nice and clean. Breakfast options were good. Gym could do with some extra equipment otherwise overall hotel is great and would stay again. Google TV is also a plus.

We came back after staying in an other hotel for two nights. It’s actually the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the location is great. The rooms are spotless clean and the balcony is really spacious. And the breakfast offers a lot of food, it’s also vegan friendly. Ngan and Thuan were so helpful, we really felt like home.
