The best thing was the staff! Everyone from the doormen and cleaners to reception managers were courteous welcoming and efficient.. they made our stay.. The spa was also a welcome place of tranquility in a bonkers city!

I was expecting the room to be larger and I felt the checkin was a little slow. I quested for an early checked in almost a year ago before my arrival because I was arriving in Hanoi. I had a flight that took over 25 hours of traveling. Considering the request was so far in advance they could have checked me in earlier than 1pm

This hotel is perfectly located in the historic district of Hanoi. The rooms were comfortable, and all the staff was super friendly and extremely helpful to us - helping us book city tours and restaurants. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast, which was so delicious and varied. All the waiters and folks working the bar and coffee were so nice! And the roof bar was very nice.

We enjoyed this hotel - relatively compact with great location in the old quarter. Nothing was too much problem for the staff, a fantastic cohort who are always there for you. Clean, comfortable rooms and we came back to this hotel again for our last night in Vietnam because of all these attributes. There’s an in house restaurant so you have choice when the sensory overload of bustling Hanoi can tire you! Beds are good and bathrooms clean, not huge but very serviceable. We stayed in 3 rooms on 3 different occasions. They were extremely helpful with tours and activities- Kathryn was our go to for so many of the trips we did during our stay. Wonderful service.

The room was quite small for the price . The massage was average .

Location was fantastic in old quarters and easy to walk and can access to many nice restaurants . Staff service was very good . The water pressure in the bathroom esp the shower was the best ! Breakfast was good and RedBean restaurant food was very good and nicely presented
