How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Perhaps a little renovation of the hallways and lobby area would elevate the hotel as it feels a tad dated.
Room was impeccably clean, bed and linens were fresh & comfortable, amenities were modern, and the view of the city was fantastic! A little fridge with water was provided along with some cup noodles, which was a blessing as I checked in in the middle of the night. Reasonable walking distance to beach. Decent restaurants and cafes nearby, but the nearest convenience store is quite a walk. I would love to stay again! Quy Nhon is truly a hidden gem in this large and beautiful country, and this hotel made my experience much better.

Nothing really.
The room was very clean and spacious. For the price I think it is very good. Also the staff were extremely helpful. I had left my passport on the train and they went out off their way to made all the arrangements for me to recover this.

Good location 15’ walk to the beach, new modeling and clean, good size of room but missing little thing( wash clothes ), we enjoyed our stay, I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested visiting Quy Nhơn. Booking the ride to pick up at the airport with hotel will save you some money.

Stayed for the pool I didn't even get in and no lounge chairs like the photos bed was hard, ac sucked and so did the outlets. The window made it hot very small room

The first room that I booked was very small, we needed to change to a larger one with the extra money. However the charge for a larger one was only about $4, good to go.

Door had large gaps round it so very noisy when guests were talking. Hardly any sound insulation. En suite excellent but too big for room. Meant that getting round the room was difficult. As usual light switches far from bed.

When i first arrived, the original room I was put in had a broken door. Also, the pool needs improvement
The staff were very kind and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. They also have a 24 hour from check in stay policy which was really useful

This hotel is trying very hard to attract international customers, unfortunately this goes wrong right from the start, as neither the day nor night reception staff speak English, they send you x pre-written English text blocks, but they cannot respond to requests or complaints don't understand it. Our safe was still blocked by the previous guest, and they didn't manage to open it in 2 days, they just ignored it like other things we complained about. The suite, as they call it, is not a suite but simply a large room with a huge bathroom. It's very nice, the beds are excellent, the room service is very superficial, it could be much cleaner, especially in the wet rooms, there's mold on the silicone joints, etc. They don't seem to know any descales either.
We don´t take breakfast in the hotel, a few meters from the hotel is a very nice bakery and coffee shop.

The pool was not like in the pictures. It could have been a bit clearer.
The air conditioning worked really fast and good. The staff was friendly and always available at any time.

The aircon was very very slow to work. When it did work, we had to turn it to 16° to make it cool. Please fix the air con!
Hotel is nice and new. Bath robes are luxurious and the shower is great. Staff spoke little English but were very nice. Those that complain about that should speak more vietnamese or use Google translate!
