The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are lovely, modern and very spacious, overall the hotel is really well run.Plus the hotel take only a 10 min walk from where you want to be. I'd definitely recommend this hotel

Great hotel in the heart of the city. New, clean, spacious rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in every way. The pool was a delight as well. The staff made it very easy to rent a motorbike.

The front desk was very helpful with everything we needed and the hotel was in a great location. The room was clean and spacious with lots of light. The hotel pool on the roof was also great with views of the whole city, mountains, and sea. Great place to stay and thank you to the staff! Also easy to rent a scooter for 150k per day.

Nothing, great on a lovely unspoiled island.

Perfect location in the centre of the small town. Staff were friendly & accommodating. We asked to moved from the rear of the hotel to the front after noise woke us at 05.30 on day 1 (due to Tet) and the hotel kindly moved us to the VIP suite at no additional cost instead. We did not ask to upgrade, just a move so thank you very much! Recommended!

The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, I felt very comfortable and safe in there. Hotel staff are so friendly and kind! The location is good as well, though it is not by the seaside, it is a very close walk away.

We loved this centrally located hotel, close to most eateries, the beach and the museums. The staff were all wonderful especially Kim and the reception and housekeeping staff. Our room was lovely, clean, spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is a top quality hotel with a rooftop pool and gym. It has an amazing cocktail bar Cloud 9 on the ground floor with a very skilled barman. We loved our stay in this very reasonable for the quality and amenities hotel. Would highly recommend.

Staff were really friendly however didn’t really have any information on things to see and do on Can Dao.

Hotel is only a year old so it lovely and clean. Great location, only a few mins walk to restaurants. The free airport shuttle was excellent too.

Central location Rooms were large and clean We were upgraded to a room with a balcony and a bowl of fresh fruit because we stayed for a week. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

I stayed in the hotel with little tourists so could not hear the other hotel guests. But due to the construction of buildings in Vietnam I guess that you will hear them. In the morning around 5:30 am and in the afternoon at around 18:30 you can hear somebody talking from the government vía speakers but for me it was not a problem.

The service is excellent, the staff at the reception helped with every request. There is one woman who speaks good English and two others speak basic English. The communication was good at anytime because they called the woman who speaks good English when the others could not solve the request because of the language. When I arrived I got a free room upgrade. They offer a free shuttle service from and to the airport. On the first day I got fresh fruits as an attention. You also get two small water bottles for free everyday. You get also one laundry service for free. They organised a guide for a trekking tour in the National Park. The guide speaks good English and the name of his company is Bamboo adventure. The swimming pool on the last level of the hotel is small but helpful if you don't want to go to the beach everyday. The walk to the Bai Lo Voi beach is about 10 to 15 minutes. The walk to the Bai tan Am Hai beach is about 25 minutes. You can rent also a scooter at the hotel. The hotel dobble room delux was very big with big windows. I recommend to close the curtains during the day when it is sunny because the room gets warm. Anyway the AC is working well so that the room gets cold very fast.

Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, extending our original booking of 2 nights. From the minute we walked into the hotel the staff made us feel very welcome with Quyen, Kim and Hien on reception giving us firstly an upgrade and ever helpful everyday with scooter hire, laundry and even a birthday cake. Large clean rooms cleaned daily with excellent bathroom facilities, the front rooms balconies. Wi-Fi good. Large flat-screen TV. A refreshing plunge pool on the roof. Kitchen facilities available to guests on the 5th level. Without a doubt one of the best hotels we have stayed in in our 6 week trip to Vietnam.

The rooms were spacious and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had large windows that could let in natural light and windows were able to be open to allow in air. There was plenty of storage for bags and belongings. The location was excellent and walking distance to the beach, cafes and markets. The hotel was able to sort tourist trips and give us snorkelling places also.

Great location and amazing value for money! Facilities were excellent, our room was superb! Lots of places to hang out around the hotel, although our room was so spacious we didn't need to use these areas. Pool was a luxury. Right in the centre of the town so plenty of local places to eat within a two minute walk. Staff were lovely and helpful. Free airport transfers were an added bonus.

An option to include breakfast would have been nice - but lots of restaurants nearby so not an issue.

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to help us, especially the young woman on the front desk. No request was too much trouble and helped us to arrange laundry, bike rental and a turtle watching trip. The hotel was gorgeous, rooms and beds were massive. Rooftop pool and access to a kitchen was a nice touch. If I'm ever back in Con Dao will definitely be staying here! We were a group of 13 which could have been tricky but the staff were excellent. Free airport pick up and drop-off was an added bonus. One of the group accidentally left some money in the lobby and the lady at the front-desk called and arranged for the money to be returned, despite us already being on the way to the airport. So kind and helpful.

We had a great trip to Con Dao and this hotel was so welcoming and friendly to our large group. The hotel itself was excellently presented, clean and well equipped with a lovely rooftop pool, but above all that it was the staff who were spectacular that made our stay so special - especially the lovely lady who spoke English at the front desk. She was so sweet, kind and helped us to book mopeds and tours with ease. All in all we were all happy and impressed with the hospitality here and highly highly recommend.
