The only thing was the AC was not brilliant and our door was frosted glass so you got all the light in when the sun came up which was sort of annoying.

Lovely home stay! Bed was super comfy and we had so much room. A cute little balcony was also nice. The pool has some sun loungers so you could relax in the sun.

Great location, very clean & quiet but at the same time just a few minutes walking to the old town. But it is not just the location, the hosts are amazing - always friendly, smiling and ready to advice and help and ensure you have a great experience. We had a great stay, can only recommend this hotel!

I loved this homestay! The family was very warm and accommodating. The host even went out of his way to take me back to a canal where I had lost my phone… WE FOUND IT. It was miraculous and I am forever grateful for their hospitality. Facilities are extremely clean as well. Definitely recommend! <3

The property is close to the Ancient Town (15 walk or 5 minute cycle on one of the complimentary bicycles). There were a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was very comfortable and having a separate shower from the toilet was a nice change from other places to Vietnam. With the heatwave while we were there, the pool was a nice relief - it was always kept clean and towels were available each time you used the pool. The family that run the guest house are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable

It was a very clean accommodation. My room had a balcony with a small garden corner. Unfortunately, I came here on a very hot day, so most of the time I was staying in the room with the air conditioner.

Nothing was all amazing

Staff were amazing. Best service we’ve had in Vietnam so far and will be tough to beat. Welcoming family who couldn’t be more helpful. Gave us tour ideas but no pressure and sorted our bus for us too. Would 100% recommend staying here

The communication and friendliness of the owners is top notch. They were very helpful, to room was pretty and spacious, clean. They helped with laundry activities and transportation, and were extremely welcoming. AC was working , pool was clean, the courtyard was gorgeous...100% would recommend 😍 A great spa at 2 min walk, old town at 15

The host and his family are the most kind and helpful people we have met in Vietnam. We had some external trouble during our stay (not related to them), and they were of utmost kindness, took care of us and followed up afterwards. We felt extremely lucky to be there. The hotel itself is amazing value and the pool is very welcome during hot days. Everything extremely recommended.

Absolutely nothing

Excellent location (10/15 minute walk to old town + 15/20 minute cycle to the beach) with a lovely little pool. Comfortable room, laundry service which was returned same day. Free bikes to use which is handy. The family were very friendly, welcoming and helpful with booking tours, taxis and providing directions as and when we needed. The minibar/fridge was very reasonably priced, as was the breakfast. They also have a family tailor in town which we used which was also a great experience.
