Breakfast is okay, but could be improved. One of the days we went for breakfast a bit later and there was already no bread, fruits, etc.

We couldn’t figure out how to turn down or off the AC so the room was fairly cold at night. The water from the shower didn’t get hot only luke warm

The location is perfect. Only a few minutes walk to the old town, river & tailor shops. There’s also a mini market about 40 seconds away which was super convenient. The staff are so friendly & even accommodated our early arrival. The bed was also very comfortable. The pool is on the terrace & gets lots of sunshine which was good. There is also fresh pancakes & fried eggs for breakfast.

The hotel is on a quiet street. We had a great room on the front of the hotel. Lots of room, comfy bed. The front desk people are very nice. The hotel has lots of books! Breakfast is modest, but there is fresh food, pho, eggs, crepes. There is nice pool - great to cool off! Highly recommend!

Clean room and shower. Good breakfast included in the rate - lots of choice. Staff helped to book us into day activities and book scooter and bicycle. We did laundry, which was done overnight and all very clean. Pool was a great thing to have in the hot afternoons and warm evenings.

Breakfast could have more vegetarian options. However, the food was really good. The stay was very pleasant. The place is very cozy. It is very close to all the places we wanted to visit. They had our rooms ready on time. It was very clean and peaceful.

The shower could have done with a little update, but this didn’t affect our stay massively. All in all a really great place to stay!

What an amazing stay!! We were blown away with how amazing the library hotel was! We were a little worried as we booked a room with no window, but we couldn’t be happier. The room was excellent, very spacious, with a huge comfy bed, a sofa and a well equipped bathroom. The location was great, a very quick walk into the old town, but in a quiet location too. The breakfast in the morning was good with fresh food and a decent selection. The pool was also a great area to chill out and relax, with plenty of sun beds for guests. The staff were exceptional too, always on hand to help, so friendly and cleaning rooms every day, maintaining high standards.

Room was great with a lovely balcony, and one of the biggest beds we’ve ever seen! The rooftop pool was also great with plenty of loungers and the ability to order drinks etc. Hotel was in a central location. The staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you, the lemon drink at check it was delicious!

Our stay was amazing we even extended our trip. The location is amazing ur steps away from everything. The staff and unbelievably friendly and welcoming. Theres lots of space to chill out around the pool. The included breakfast is fantastic and there is free filtered water all day. They have loads of information and options about tours. A lot of the rooms don’t have windows which I was worried about before we left but the rooms still felt very spacious. If you’re coming to Hoi A stay here!

There isn’t a lift and it was quite a climb up the stairs to our room.

Our room was beautiful with a little balcony. Great air conditioning and a swimming pool on the roof. Lovely breakfast and fantastic location being just a short walk from the old town. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They offer a 10% discount to guests for Bi Ngoc Custom Tailor which is just a short walk from the hotel. I had two custom dresses made which I am delighted with. The hotel also offer a few excursions and we joined a morning excursion to My Son which was well worth the visit.

The location is fantastic. You can walk to all the sites. Nice room even though no windows. We were out all day. Comfortable room. Great value for money. Friendly staff who helped us with getting a bike and even fixing it whilst away.
