Half the aircons didnt work. Rooms were stuffy as hell. Found cockroaches. And my biggest grips was regarding deposits lost due to towels that were never placed into rooms in the first place.

Price was right and the staff were helpful. They were willing to adjust and help and really the staff made this stay decent.

Room are beautiful and the bed iscomfortable

Staff was friendly helpful food breakfast and dinner was delicious but I was not happy about the pool was dirty I couldn't swim water was a problem the was restriction of water no hot water at the tap

Water shedding disappointed me.

Quietness, it made me relax a bit. The room was more spacious and I enjoyed pool view.

Service was not up to standard Water shedding was a big problem but no back up and communication,whereby we had to spend the whole day without bathing..and they ddnt provide us with drinking water. At bar drinks were hot n boring. They need to improve communication amongst the visitors,loadshedding schedule and must be communicated n watershedding back up must resolved.

There was no water and the management was rude when we complained. The beds are not comfortable , swimming pools were not clean.

From trying to check in at reception, no one was there, had to be walking around looking for someone assist us. The breakfast was horrible. We had to wait for plates to be washed so we can be able to dish up, everything was finished and we had to be asking for things, eg bread, juice, plates, glasses and the staff was very rude when you asked for things, one of the guys told me to “relax” after i has been waiting for a bowel for almost 10 minutes. We ended up eating with our hands as we got tired of waiting for clean cutlery.The hotel is at a busy corner in town, there is noise24/7, even other guest make noise in the wee hours of the night & morning and nobody is reprimanding them disturbing others peace. The area also had water outages and it was trouble bathing and using the toilets. The pool was green, looks like no chlorine is used in the pool. The beds also were not comfortable, they are old and worn out.

The place is right next to Warmbaths resorts.

The parking space, did not feel save leaving my car there but the security guard was very nice and sat there the whole day so I felt a bit better.

The property doesn't offer iron to guests. However, the charge for laundry service is very high, and they didn't iron to my satisfaction. Check out is scheduled until 10 am, but the cleaning service starts at 9:15. The smart television in the room is not connected to the internet. The water from the shower was spilling to the rest of the bathroom.

Bar TV was not working on Rugby Final match, fortunately i have DSTV Now login details then i logged in my bedroom tv rather than that everything was perfect for us.

My Family room was perfect, had enough space and privacy. I wanted outside room in front of the pool unfortunately they were fully booked.
