Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe quality of the house wines, whiskey etc. didn't align with the amazing food. SA has so many high-quality wines, so it was surprising that the selection was so limited.
What a beautiful lodge, run by such warm and friendly staff. The food was delicious, the massages were superb, and the game drives were excellent, especially if you are looking to see the Big 5. An extra treat was wild dog.

SwitzerlandDuring the safaris we had the impression that they wanted to show as much as possible in a short time. Stop requests were sometimes not answered. But all in all still great.
We were received very nicely. On the way to the lodge three leopards came towards us. That was an incredible experience. The food at the lodge was great. The safaris were impressive. A coffee stop while a herd of elephants with many baby elephants gather at the waterhole is an incredible experience. The rooms are very spacious, clean, nicely furnished and quiet. Nothing was missing.
