I booked a stay for a coworker and he was very happy with Lentelus. He said the units were nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. He would definitely recommend.

There were a lot of mosquitos which was not the fault of the owner but if I had known in advance I could have come prepared.

Beautiful big property. Sheep were in the garden!! Very tranquil. Lovely room. Would be great for couple with children travelling through as safe space for them to play and jungle gym and Braai facilities

The water pumping system could have a backup power supply for when there are electrical issues with municipal feed.

Quiet & relaxing, out of town, scenic, close to various restaurants and 5min drive to Spar. The interior decor & furniture give it a very homey feel! Great overall!

1. Because of the farmhouse setting there are generally mosquitoes outdoor and need to be careful about this. The staff was however very prompt with their support on this.

The only complaint is the TV channels. It was a cold rainy night and the Rugby World cup final was on. Unfortunately there was only one sport channel, not showing the rugby and a very bad movie channel.

The scenery was stunning and the mountains truly make a beautiful backdrop. The cottage I stayed in was a lot more spacious than I expected. I was traveling on my own but it had a second room with bunk beds in. The bathroom was bigger than the whole room of a previous B & B I stayed in. Elliot who greeted me was very helpful and helped create a warmth that made me feel at home. Unfortunately I only stayed one night but would really have liked to stay longer. There were a lot of personal touches that let you know the owners want to create a warm stay for their guests. The information brochure provided a list of all the Coffee Shops in George, my kind of list.

The inside of the kitchen drawers was not that clean. It did not bother me but may be an issue for the next guest?

The accommodation doesn't have a back up during load shedding and there is no running water during those times either. The quadruple room was smaller than anticipated, but fine for our needs. In the main bedroom, 2 beds were moved against each other to make a big one. There was a gap in between the two however which wasn't that comfortable.

Lovely quiet setting on a farm with horses, sheep, rabbits,.. running around, yet not far from town. Nice play area for kids and lots of grass to enjoy the outdoors! Elliot is amazing and very hands on to accommodate every need. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you might need and farm fresh milk provided. The outside porch is nice and we enjoyed the tranquility of the place. The rooms are kept clean and bathroom was okay

Extremely convenient stay for early airport departures! Very grateful to have found a small self-catering kitchen on the premises. And enjoyed the little extra touch of sherry on offer in a little jar as a goodnight cap. Great pricing for the comfort and cuteness.

The communication could be better. I had asked questions at the time of booking, which weren’t answered, only standard automated responses were received. Which resulted in us having to pay extra on the day, as the prices slightly ahead of time were better than what was offered on the day.

The little extras you don’t often get at bnbs. They provided fresh milk in the fridge, chocolates on the pillows, water bottle in case of loadshedding (as the pumps don’t work during loadshedding), soaps in the bathroom and salt and pepper.
