The facilities and rooms were decent, although they were a bit dated. The staff were quite friendly and attentive. The meals on offer provided a good variety of options.

The rooms were big with a stunning view of nature. All inclusive package where we could eat at any of the restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

Upon arrival, the reception did not give us adequate information about where we were staying and nobody met us at the lodge to guide us to our room. The room was not well cleaned (tables had dust) and not really set up for us (it was cold and the aircon was not working nor were there any blankets to use).
The view was nice from the room with plenty wildlife to see. The main clubhouse also had delicious food served with staff who were very friendly and attentive.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and go out of their way to cater to your needs.
