Wonderfully authentic hotel that, unlike its pretentious and crowded neighbours, fits into the surroundings of the Zambezi perfectly. Wonderfully friendly staff and the most amazing deck to view the sunset from.

Not necessarily a dislike, but be ready to battle mosquitoes off after sundown. This is expected though as it is by the river.

Nothing really, you just need to be mindful of the fact that it is a bit away from the city centre but just a quick taxi ride away (and the Zambezi view compensates for that!)

Nice rooms with everything you would expect. The infinity pool is spectacular and so are the views. However. the true asset is the staff they even helped me in getting a train ticket which is way beyond my expectations. All in an excellent choice in Livingstone.

Our stay was stunning with a spacious clean room, comfortable bed and lovely views over the garden. We were on the edge of the Zambezi River with views of the spray from the falls. Swimming pool was awesome. Breakfast was included and had everything plus more. We also had dinner and drinks which was stunning. We will definitely be back.

There was nothing we didn't like, The only thing which would be a good add would be some halal food in the restaurants menu.

Everything in the lodge from the time of check in to check out was amazing, The resort is an absolute worth to visit within Livingstone and probably one of the best things we did in. We visited in back to back in 2 weeks, The views of Zambezi river from the rooms, Room being cleaned twice every day and with the little sweet savories,

One night's dinner was not good and we told the waiter that the ribs were very very tough and the second dinner also was not terrific. It would have been a good idea to have the chef talk to us. Nothing was done, there was no compensation at all and no one came to talk to us about the 2 poor quality dinners. The night before the dinners were very good.

a bit isolated, you have to rely on overpriced taxi, suggesting to establish contact via whatsapp in advance with someone from the city or border to pick you up as you need

amazing views from all parts of the property, design is just awesome, beautifully built in the nature around it. workers are top notch, they did outstanding job making us feel welcomed and taken care of. restaurant is a amazing both on breakfast (fresh waffles were a blast) and dinner. sunset view are a killer. incredible offer all together

The access road is bumpy, muddy and uninviting. The rooms did not include a face towel. The stool for the convinience/study table is too low and makes it uncomfortable to use your laptop while sitting on the stool.

I liked the location, cleanliness and attitude of staff. Aircon also worked very well. The rooms are roomy, giving you a sense of adequate space. Although I didn't use the gym, I was delighted to note there is one that I can use next time.
