We really liked the location of the property - it was a really peaceful stay and it gave us time to switch off from the world. We loved the VHS player too. Great location, if a little tricky when using Satnav. ! A cosy, compact, comfortable stay. Lovely extras provided by the host, very neat and clean. Perfect for walks if you have a dog, or if you just enjoy walking.

Friendly and attentive staff, hotel and room have plenty character which made for a very pleasant change from many sterile and bland hotels. Room comfortable and adequately equipped, and had a good night’s sleep in a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Located in the middle of a beautiful and peaceful town, which I wish I had more time to explore.
