For some reason I booked an accessible room! Anyway room was very nice on third floor with a similar view to my previous stay here last year. The spa facilities were very good and we used the pool everyday. The staff were excellent. I accidently broke a bottle and the staff were straight there to help me clear up. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety. We had the omelet which was cooked fresh by the chef and had a little chat with him whilst it was cooking. Overall an excellent weekend.

Good location, cheap compared to other similar places around. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking validation available for Lace Market, but it is only a small discount (I assume set by the council and not the hotel).

Staff were very friendly and attentive to our requests for extra pillows and duvet and did room service for these. We were able to get water from the bar and ice. Breakfast was great with a good selection of cooked and cold choices.
