Four Points by Sheraton Caguas Real is a completely non-smoking hotel with an outdoor pool. Guests can work out in the well-equipped fitness centre or play a game of golf at the nearby course. In the evening, visitors can have some fun in the casino, which is located in the lobby. The hotel also has a golf course. We didn't purchase the breakfast - it was the basic fare you would find at a Holiday Inn Express. However we did eat dinner at the property and were pleased. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Our room was huge! Good shower, comfy bed, quality linens.

Everything felt very clean and sleek inside. The room was spacious and had a nice modern aesthetic. It was a very comfortable stay all around. The staff (especially at the bar and reception) were very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference to us. The location and the complimentary shuttle was also very handy. The complex across the street felt very safe and was nice to explore some food options. Breakfast at the hotel was also good value and was tasty.
